The location is great; very helpful and friendly staff.

The property was very clean and good facility Murad was helping us a lot and very kind

- Location - Staff ready to assist - Support with parking - Enough space for 5 ppl - there were no any hangers at all in the apartment - it was a bit outdated here and there (the shower needs renewal) - almost no one speaks English - we forgot a wallet with documents in the apartment and the staff said that nothing was found (I understand that this may be true, but I even asked them to go and check a second time and no reply was received at all)

Generally, we were satisfied with everything Helpful staff and always ready, especially Morad Cleanliness In an excellent location The lift is too small For entering the hotel or apartments, there are a couple of stairs at both entrances to reach the lift (difficult for people with strollers or disabled people) Don't forget to ask every morning to clean the apartments. If you do not ask, they will not send someone:)

I highly recommend, everything is clean and new, location is the best because you are in the centre of the city, restaurants and shopping stores are around you, and for this price - just amazing! I must say owner gave us spacious room, even though I made a mistake when selected what I wanted through booking, he understood me and helped me. really good man and I wish this people everything best!

Very nice staff. very good location. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. It would be great if they add more kitchenware utensils, like spatula, ladle, cutting board, measuring cups, and more tea cups and mugs. Specially for their big apartment, which can host about 12 people.

Visually the property is as described and as on the photos, plenty of room for a family reunion. Some surfaces showed signs of heavy use and the quality of furniture is not over the top. Property was clearly aimed at being rented and cost savings on non-essential (or not visible like electrical wiring) parts is evident. Not unexpected for the price though. Note: The big apartment is not located directly in the hotel building shown on the photos but in the residential building adjacent to it. Note2: Wifi worked as badly I had expected - massive amount of other wifi networks around, a lot of interference, bad signal in some property areas. If you have a tech-savvy person in your group, you'll be just fine. Staff is not as fluent in English as advertised. Some are native Arabic speakers, not Turkish so I had trouble communicating with them at the beginning, especially pertaining to the first "glass incident", see next. There are many glassy surfaces at the property and we sadly had two incidents with them. In first, the glass shower door derailed and fell off by itself when one of the family members were taking a shower. Family member was lightly cut in several places (no need for ER) and response from the staff was not very professional until I submitted a request through the "booking's" comms system (not all glass was cleaned and we were told it was too late to clean the rest, so we wait til morning of the next day). After I had submitted the request through booking - remaining glass shards were cleaned properly that evening. We were charged 2000 tl (about 60$ at the time of writing) for a replacement, regardless the fact the door derailed by itself. (not enough room in the booking's review form for all details) In second, the round glass of the main dining table snapped when we placed hot coffee pot (also glassy) on top of it. Our fault, arguably, yet we were charged the same 2000 tl for it. When I said that it's expensive, especially compared to the shower door, the whoever was at hotel duty at the time just shrugged and responded "glass is thick, management says so". Water in Istanbul is reeking of chlorine (not specific to the property) which makes it unsuitable for drinking or cooking. Even your clothes put to the washing machine will start smelling like it. One needs to constantly buy bottled water and it's a hassle, especially in the hot place like Turkiye in the summer. IMHO the hotel should provide a water re-supply service based on some average number for tenants and make it part of the final price offering.

Mr murad was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and the location is excellent, there were washing and ironing facilities the kitchen was well equipped Nothing

The staff was super friendly, charming and helpful. Murad was one of the best. Their hospitality is the best. The unit was not the same as the pictures in the AD. One of the toilets didn't work at all, and the kitchen sink had a drain problem, which made cooking difficult. The shower was not clean and was even a bit smelly. During our stay, they started renovating the bath.
