A very bad experience. First of all, there is no elevator, and the room was on the fourth floor. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strange smell, like sewage. The toilet bidet suddenly spouted hot water. On Sunday, they don't clean the room, saying it's a holiday. It doesn't feel like a hotel; it feels more like a residential building turned into a hotel. The guy at the reception is nice, but I will never book a room in such a hotel again. When you decide to book there, pay attention to which floor your room will be on. The water and coffee are at your expense. The room cleaning was good for the first few days, but then it was bad. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it.

- The young gentleman at the reception is very helpful and friendly. - It's a very good value for its price. - The location is excellent. - Rooms facing the street might be a bit noisy (this is a very touristic neighborhood), but my room fortunately faced the back of the building and was quiet. - Water temperature and flow in the shower are excellent. - The bed was comfortable. - The property in general needs more attention, but I completely understand that in this economy it may cost a small fortune. Little improvements, however, could help: mosquito nets, for example, would allow leaving the windows open and in turn could cut back on air-conditioning costs. - This is a 4-story walk-up, so, expect a hike! (I didn't mind it, but it is important to note if accessibility is a priority for you).

Good location to visit the old European side furing the day, and walking through pubs and lights in Asiatic side after dinner Clean and comfortable, with friendly and gentle staff We haven't been able to use wifi since it asked us passport id to login but we were travelling with id card.

The front desk clerk was wonderful. Very friendly and smiling. The location is alright. The size of the room is almost alright, a bit small though. Clean room, good and comfortable bathroom. OMG, the stairs! If you want to train for legs and lower back, that's your place. I was not needing that training and those stairs were just a nightmare for me- very steep and going to the last floor was a lot of effort. I know there's nothing to be done for that but if you consider booking there, just be advised.

I was super impressed with the location and anemities for the price. Its staff went over and above to make sure we were taken care off. Due to it being new does make a difference when it come to quality of the things there and hope people take good care of it. I had originally decided to try it out for 3 days due to it having no reviews. Ended up staying my entire 10 days even at a higher rate. Its close to trains, metro, buses and taxis. You will need to adventure out on the metros and buses to get to Shopping centers but all the attractions are very close. This would be a great place for explorers who want to be right in the middle of it all. We have converted our vacationing from large rooms to something like this for all our future travels. Thanks Blue Moonrise. Hope to see you again soon. Highly recommend. The bathroom maintainance needs to be spotless. The commode was not clean in both the rooms I stayed in. Im sure if I said something they would have taken care of it. This never needs to be an issue especially with brand new fixtures. No elevator, so not recommended for people who have issues with climbing stairs. I had never stayed somewhere where I had to climb stairs but I got used to it quick.
