Querencia Hotel

Staff members were extremely helpful and nice with whatever question you had; even before arrival via whatsapp! Location is also really great near Galata Tower, but in a side street, where it is not super busy and noisy. A few things were not perfect, such as a detached soap dispenser and towel holder (which was fixed on the third day of my stay); some lose wallpaper in the bathroom; the closet door hanging loose in the bottom. However, these were small issues and did not significantly influence the comfort. Overall the price-perfomance ratio was really good!

All new facilities, really confortable and big room, new bathroom, free coffee, transfer service. Everything ok. When the bedroom next door uses the shower you can feel it is inside your room. Some of the night staff did not speak english.

Next time will come in Istanbul we will pick the same hotel ❤️❤️❤️ We like everything ?

The location is great, and the property is clean. The service is great Extremely uncomfortable bed (very soft) and uncomfortable pillows (very big). Unfortunately, we stayed here a day before our flight which was a 11 hour flight , and I woke up with severe neck spasms and bodyaches. The sleep is not restful. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was on the ground floor near the reception and elevator, which meant we could hear quite a bit of noise from the common areas. Additionally, the windows could use some maintenance or touch-ups, as they didn't fully isolate the noise from the street—even though the hotel isn't on a particularly busy road.

Staff helpful and engaged. Overall seems to fit its 3 star property categorization. The location is tourist centric - so ok for those interested in this type of setting. Additionally it is up a hill so difficult to get via public transport and for taxis as well as with walking.

I would like to sincerely thank Pînar and Mourad, the room angels, and the tall Bochra at the reception, as well as Handan and Maëlys. And very especially Youcef — he was not just staff, he was a legend. Everyone treated me with respect, warmth, and professionalism. The entire hotel is modern, well-developed, clean, and perfectly organized. Everything works smoothly and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. This is the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended.

Location The hotel is not completely done the construction yet. You will see unfinished wall and the lift didn’t work when we stayed. Which meant carrying the luggages up and down.

We loved the location, just few steps from Galata Tower, with lots of restaurants and stores and all open till late in the night. Room was very clean, comfortable and breakfast was amazingly good from the roof top with amazing view. Staff was great and very helpful. Our special thanks go to the front desk people, all very kind. We highly recommend this hotel. Nothing bothered us, everything looked very good

Excellent location, a block away from a main tourist attraction (Galata Tower) but generally very quiet. The rooftop restaurant had good food and a wonderful view. There were no drawers to unpack clothes and the lighting in the room was inconvenient.

It was a decent spot and room but the location is REALLY busy and we couldn’t get a taxi to pick us up or drop us off at the door. Also, for the price I feel like breakfast should be included.

very quiet room (even though in a prime/busy location!), very comfortable bed, shower with plenty of hot water and great water pressure, amazing rooftop restaurant and bar with great views, incredible and helpful front desk staff! Great Air con! Great value! Everything was great!

Burack was super helpful and kind with us. He explained what to do in the city in the short time we had. Very nice recommendations! Location was great! And room had everything we needed. There was a water problem in the hotel (it was gone for a couple of hours), but staff were very kind and compensated us with a delicious breakfast!

Pros: Location is very good right next to Galata tower. But also comes with some cons for a lot of tourist trap restaurants in this area.( was being ripped of 1000 Lila for 2 small cappuccino and 2 croissants) .The hotel staff is very helpful and willing to offer help/ waters/ black tea. Cons: as Galata tower located at top of hill and the ally is quite small for the car or taxi to reach. Very challenging for the drivers so some taxi might not reluctant to stop in front of the hotel. The neighborhood is tricky for the other direction of the hotel (the opposite direction to Galata tower) doesn’t seem nice( Dirty with a lot of graffiti and trash) . The hotel is at the corner, somehow I feel the photos of the hotel appearance on booking.com is not so wide what it is in reality. Pros: Location is very good right next to Galata tower. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy. The room appeared to be much smaller than in the pictures, nevertheless it was good enough for a short stay.

The location is very nice, one minute from galata tower. I liked the tips that the staff shared with us. They recommended a very nice nearby spa. They replied quickly when we had a problem with hot water in the bathroom. Nearby roads are closed for taxis and uber, so uber lost its way and we had to walk with our suitcase to the hotel. But definitely there is other streets that are accessible to cars.
