Galata Rasso Boutique Hotel

What I liked most about the hotel was the nice view and the excellent location — very central, right near the Galata Tower, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room had a beautiful aesthetic, felt very cozy, and was also quite spacious. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room could have been cleaner, as the overall level of cleanliness did not fully meet my expectations. To be fair, housekeeping service was provided every day during our stay; however, I am referring to a more thorough deep cleaning, as there were visible marks and stains, such as coffee splashes on the walls.

The staff were great. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Galata Tower, with supermarkets nearby and easy access to the metro. The shower also had good water pressure I didn’t like the flooring in the room—it is close to the shower and seemed damp and damaged. I would recommend changing it.

The location AC was not strong enough to cool the room down; it was very warm all the time

Location is convenient and in an area I know relatively well. Very close to Galata Tower This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Unfortunately I did not get the room I had booked and paid for and when I queried this with reception I was dismissively told to change my booking on booking.com. Lights were very dim so the room was dark all the time. Very noisy until 5 in the morning. I doubt I will stay here again.

Reasonable price for a stay in center, close to public transportation and tourist attractions. Nice staff! WiFi signal doesn’t cover really well all corner of the room, and lighting could be a bit brighter

Premium room is spacious and clean, location is stunning We arrived at 6:30 in the morning and were peacefully sleeping at noon when two stuff members just opened our room’s door and insisted they “check the door” and did not agree to do it in the afternoon because “it’s already afternoon”. I have no idea what they needed to do as they had never explained it to us but I decided to cancel my next booking at this hotel as we didn’t feel safe as women traveling in Turkey

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at the Galata Rasso Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it's around the corner from the Galata Tower which is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the area as it's very festive and lively. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk from a metro station for easy traveling. The bathroom is smaller than I expected, but still consider this hotel value for money considering its prime location.

Good location, nice building, excellent staff. Beds were slightly unclean on arrival. Other than that, no complaints.

So good, great hotel for couples that want to discover the city.

The staff was wonderful, extremely attentive and always happy to help us with our needs. The location was great, super close to Galata Tower. The room was also very nice, clean, and it was great to have a balcony. The only negative point was the shower drain which was clogging if the cover was left in place. This seems to have been a problem in the past as well, as the laminate around the bathroom was swollen and squicky. But these were minor details compared to the great stay we had. ?
