I like the location anywhere near here is fine. This is middle of all the adventures. Near to sea site. Maiden Tower ferry Higia Sofia. Princess island and all these things. You have to stay these areas just. Coffee tea is free also it's near to all the sectors.

The goat ? The cigarette smoke. (and I even called ahead of time, spoke to the manager and he promised me that there was no smoking in the hotel!!) when I arrived, and complained about the smell of smoke, he said “what can I do?” and I said you can tell them to “stop smoking!” the vent in the bathroom is connected to all the bathrooms in the hotel so if somebody smokes in the room it comes straight up the vent into your room. Absolutely terrible design, especially if you’re going to allow your guest to smoke cigarettes in the room! Same problem with the night manager, but he was even worse and he just laughed and ignored me!!! ? BEYOND disappointing :( He was so rude and unfriendly! He’s like a bad security guard at a nightclub ? I would’ve given a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the cigarette smoke. Please stop LYING to your customers!!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

We rented this room to stay in Istanbul for a few hours before having to go to the airport to fly back to the US. Come to find out, they had put us on the 5th floor, up a circular staircase..no elevator. It was intense. Staff were good and cooperative. It was close to the Galata tower. The bed was broken. No toilet paper, floor was dirty. The worst of all, I had to bring 4 suitcases from third floor to the ground floor by myself in those scary staircases. No recommendations from me.

No heating,no air-conditioning,broken wall,broken closet....its not value for money..

We arrived 1st May when there was protest in Istanbul and we couln't reach the hotel because the street around galata and taksim were blocked. We were stuck around the streets for 4 hours and we needed to stay all day in one ShopingMall. We waited until the night there but the street were still blocked,so we needed to book another hotel near to stay the night.Since the hotel knew that the street will be blocked on 1st May i expeted them to inform us,abot that to arrive earlier before they are blocked or to arrive another day.Because of that everything that we needed to visit in 3 days we needed to see in 2 days ?

The room was dirty, with ants crawling around. The furniture was unstable and felt like it could fall apart at any moment. The bathroom was disgusting – full of mold and stains, and there were no power outlets, only empty socket boxes sticking out of the wall. Noise insulation was non-existent. I could hear everything – footsteps on the stairs, and even every sound coming from the neighbor’s toilet. It was honestly disturbing. This place was a total mess. Definitely the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in during my time in Istanbul.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing, despite the great location. Within five minutes we could walk to the Galata Tower, and in just ten minutes we were in one of Istanbul’s main shopping streets — that was definitely a big plus. However, the room itself was far from what we expected. It was not clean, and there were visible mold stains, which made the atmosphere feel damp and unhealthy. On top of that, we were first given a room where the shower didn’t work at all. What made this even more frustrating is that the hotel staff already knew about the issue, yet they still put us in that room. Luckily, we were later moved to another room, but the overall experience had already been tainted. The second room wasn’t much better. It was extremely noisy — we could hear the upstairs neighbors showering as if they were in our own bathroom. At some point, the heating stopped working. All in all, we had hoped for a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, we left quite disappointed. We would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They addressed every request and complaint I made with a positive attitude. It's nothing like in the pictures. My first room had a hole in the wall, some burnt cables in another wall, and not clean. I was offered another room, that one had ants in the bathroom (not many, I managed to ignore them but they kept on coming in from somewhere).

The room is on the ground floor and the window overlooks the street. You feel like someone could come through the window at any moment. The street is very scary at night, there is no one there and it is dark.

A hole in the toilet door The floor is unwashed One pillow has no pillowcase Towels are yellow, look unwashed Hair and some kind of slime on the walls The kettle is awful, broken The hairdryer doesn’t work The air conditioner looks like it’s about to explode Voltage fluctuations Complete lack of hygiene, crumbs everywhere
