the terrace view was amazing and very close to Galata Tower. The hotel is connected with other 2 neighboring hotels and you can enjoy the view from 3 different terraces (obviously the highest one has the best view :) ) the bathroom could be renovated.

Disappointing

I loved the courtesy of the staff, they were always ready to help with any request. The condition of the facilities is older than expected and poorly maintained, additionally the linen were not changed upon our arrival as they were all wrinkled, stained and with hairs. After the request of changing them wrinkled linen were offered again and this time still wet, we had to dry them ourself with the heater provided. Additionally shower head kept falling on our heads while showering, which was fixed once highlighted and WC seater kept closing when trying to use the toilet, we tried to inform reception about this several times but they were unable to fix it. Cherry on top if you get the room with the view it will be on the 4th floor of steep stairs, no elevator.

Very helpful stuff and luxurious room but with problems. Sink in the bathroom not well stuck to the wall, stone decoration at the head of the bed, suddenly a part of it collapsed to the bed, hot water wasn't available at the shower late night.

Excellent location. You can walk to galata tower, many restaurants, convenience store, turkish bath. Location was excellent The toilet seat did not sit up on its own.nit weighs on you when you sit down because its broken

Breakfast is not served there. Bad maintenance. Everything is broken and not fixed. No hot water or heating either.

The location is near Galata tower. The hot water needs around 5 min to arrive through the tap. No bottle of water was provided by the hotel for free.

Nothing. There’s mass all around when we entered the room and floor was not tidy.also lights were not working. Price is so high. Nothing

Really it was a good stay, great greating by the staff , especially Mr. SUAAT reception he was very helpful and friendly, always smiling and asking if we needed help. Great experience , good location , near to all facilities, metro, bus station, market and behind Galata tower and 5 min walking to istiklal street Thank you guys .

I felt very comfortable at this hotel, Suat was very friendly and helpful, he even gave me 2 hours late check out easily. There were no curtains on some of the windows so in the morning the light comes in, but it wasn't a big deal for me to be honest

The personal was nice and helpful, the location is great ,is right next to the galata tower,you will find what you need in your room like towels, soap and shampoo,they have air conditioning but I didnt use it,it has rooms with a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffe or just for the view. Everything was OK.

Although I booked a standard room, the receptionist gave me a superior room with a great view of the city from the window. The administrator gave me great advices for getting around the city. The location of the hotel is in the city center and near the Galata Castle.

Very kind and helpful staff. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Galata near the tower. Good for budget travel. It wasnt dirty but could have been cleaner. Also, the a/c unit was noisy. I didnt mind it because I wear earplugs but others might.
