Breakfast had a beautiful spread of local food. Staff was absolutely amazing, they went over and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The staff were one of the highlights ,friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is also very convenient, close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made getting around easy. It took over 1 hour to check in

Usually there is a lot of noise coming from the running elevator day and night, you hear all other quests from their rooms, smashing doors. The rooms are not really quite for you to rest at night. The SPA it is bit really recommended, swimming pool is like a large bathtub, 2 sunbeds for a place where there is no sun entering being underground.

Everything was good. Air condition was always really cold and nice especially during summer. Rooms were cleaned well everyday. Lobby area and reception really helpful. Theres also coffee in the corner where you can ask for while waiting for taxi. Location is perfect, can always get a taxi there, and even for metro, super easy. Walking distance also to the grand bazaar. So overall a good stay. Wouldnt say something i didnt like but the room we had was quite small though it works for us. Aircond temperature was too cold and not adjustable, so we had to switch the aircond off at some point (also not a big deal for us, was okay with that). Housekeeping could put the blanket sheets a little better, but this are just small comments for improvements. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

The breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety to satisfy your appetite. A few items on the menu changed daily, which added a nice touch of variety. Overall, I would say it's good value for money. The hotel's location is both a strength and a drawback. While it's centrally located in the heart of the market area with metro and bus stations nearby, the surroundings are extremely busy and chaotic. This often results in long waiting times for taxis, which can be inconvenient. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and did their best to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were both quite small, and the overall space felt a bit cramped. There is a pool located in the basement, but it’s fairly basic and not particularly inviting—especially at night, when the area can feel a bit unsettling. If you're looking for a place just to spend the night and get some sleep, this hotel could be a suitable option. However, if you're hoping to relax and enjoy amenities like a spa or other services, I wouldn’t recommend it. While the hotel is centrally located, the surrounding area is very chaotic, which can make the experience less comfortable.

Great location, the entire staff were very friendly, nice and professional. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast had great and a variety of food options. I will definitely book this hotel again and I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know Unfortunately the swimming pool was very cold not heated and the sonna was not working during our stay

The rooms were very spacious. The location was very good, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel being very close to a tram station and a metro station was also very helpful. The swimming pool was small. The bathroom water smelled very slightly of chlorine. The soundproofing is very weak, as we were able to hear almost everything going on in the hallways.

The hotel is located in Old City Center and is not too far from some of the main attractions in Istanbul. Breakfast was included with the stay. The hotel’s manager was extremely nice and tried to be helpful. He moved us from one room to another as soon as we informed him of problems with our 1st room. The hotel is dated and needs some tending to. The lobby was nice, but the rooms are just old and uninviting. The stopper in the sink was broken and would not allow water to drain properly (in two different rooms). To his credit, the manager asked me to look at another room to assure it was to my liking, but after we moved to the next room it was much of the same. The sheets needed to be changed out as there were old stains on them. The walls are really thin and you can hear into the next room. Additionally, there was some kind of banging sound (I presumed to be the elevators) that lasted into the early morning hours. On my last day at the hotel, I noticed a stain on the velvet headboard I hope was just chocolate.

I liked the room inside, everything is as in the photo, clean, quiet in the room when the window is closed, which gave the opportunity to relax. Delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff Be careful with your things that you leave on the floor near the trash can, it can also be thrown out. If the windows are open, it is very noisy from the street.

location and breakfast were good Very thin walls, so everything is noisy. Tv didn't work because there was a glass wall in front of it.

The cleanliness wasn’t really as imagine or expected! The breakfast wasn’t rich of choices, also the pool and the hamam weren’t ready to use unfortunately. Rooms are very small and not good enough for couples as well as some of them were not even ready

I stayed at Aspen Hotel Istanbul in May and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I really enjoyed the breakfast – the variety and taste were excellent. The rooms and showers were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary access to the spa facilities. The airport transfer service was also a great convenience. That said, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. In the sauna, one of the seats was missing a board, which made it uncomfortable to use. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it difficult to wash long hair properly.
