Title: Wonderful stay with very helpful staff We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A special thank you to Sabri,Hilal and Őmer, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST ON THE ROOF RESTAURANT, WITH AMAZING VIEW OVER ISTANBUL

We had a great time at the Grand Galata Hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the Galata Tower. Special thanks to Serkan, Sena, and Sabri for their hospitality. They were super helpful and even managed to give us a late check-out despite the hotel being fully booked. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Everything was perfect especially hadsome bellboy emre and receptionist hilal

Spa + restraunt + location + clean Room size + Turkish bath inside the spa hasn't any amenities

The location is great and near many sightseeings, staff are friendly specially Hilal, Sabri , Ozten and room cleaning Serffe

The Staff is friendly welcoming staff that offer help & guidance when needed, 5 stars staff indeed. The hotel was very clean, elegant and everything was up to quality and high standard. The room was overlooking Istanbul with wide panoramic view at 10th floor, everything we needed was in the room, even if we asked the reception for anything it arrived to the room in no time. The location was fantastic in the middle of everything. Again I would like to thank everyone of the staff for their wonderful welcoming service, an exceptional staff in this hotel. Nothing

Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were new and clean if a little on small side , but not an issue. Beds were comfortable Very good breakfast buffet Location is very good with lots of areas walkable or short taxi ride. Sauna and pool area was nice although pool is not large Fitness room was so small it wasn't fit for purpose Restaurant wasn't open in evening when we were there, although it was explained that this was because it was new

Quality of breakfast is great. Location is fantastic close to all the main attractions and tram lines. Pool is downstairs with steam room and sauna. Gym is very small (closet) but I worked out evreyday in it. 1 bench, 10 dumbells, 2 treadmills. The front desk staff are all great, pleasant, attentive, and helpful.

I like our stay, everybody was kind. The facility Sena, Sabri, Ozkan was helping us on each matter, very liked them. Everything was good

The stay was very comfortable , the staff are very kind and helpful , its very safe and they kept our luggage we forgot our passports in the safe in the room and they found them and kept them safe and gave it to us when we came back to collect our luggage. Thank you to hilal and sena and ozkan and sabri for making our stay more comfortable and to the reception staff for their kindness The room is clean and big and the staff cleaner is very kind hùlya dîyenlî

Hotel is beautiful, tasteful design, clean, great views of the breakfast room and a great massage + spa amenities

My room had a backyard view which is a mess outside. But at least quiet :)

The hotel in great location and i really recommend it for small family specially with no children. Breakfast is good with nice view.
