Nothing Customer service including unhygienic.

Nothing First of all they will ask you to pay cash..when i asked them why they said there is a commission if you pay by card..i told them i dont have cash so they accepted the credit card I booked two rooms for us..one of the rooms a/c is not working and it was very hot that time..i called them they said after 10 minutes it will be ok but we stayed 3 hours without a/c so we cannot stay at the room..when i talk to one of the guys there he was very rude and start shouting..he told us you have another room you can use it..i told him we are 5 persons & we cant stay in 1 room & i paid for two rooms not one..please give me my money & i will leave the hotel but he said i will not give you the money..you have to wait the technician if it will not work then i will give you your money..after 3 hours the technician came and repair the a/c. Very rude staff No cleaning for the rooms during our stay (2 nights) Poor breakfast No towels in the bathroom Bathroom door is not closing & we are a family of 5 persons If you want to go to the square you have to walk up from the stairs or walk up the hill..its difficult for old people or the kids Old building needs to be renovated I will never come back again

The location of the hotel is very nice, 2 minutes away from the metro, cafes and shopping street, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also very nice, thank you very much to the friends at the reception, they were very helpful in every way

Generally speaking the staff were helpful and listened to our complaints and tried to resolve. The transfer organised by the hotel back to the airport was good. It’s proximity to Taksim Sq and Istharkis street is useful but there are far nicer areas of the city to stay in. The hotel was down a steep road and not easy to find. Anyone with mobility problems would struggle with the steep slope of the road. There are many far nicer and safer areas of Istanbul than where the Confort hotel is. Our original room was at the top of the hotel up a flight of steep stairs that would not has passed any health and safety requirements. The room was small, dirty , smelly with rubbish in a tiny balcony. We refused to stay in this room and was eventually offered an alternative room. The alternative room whilst larger again was dirty, the sink in the bathroom leaked on to the bathroom floor leaving a pool of water. Despite requests this wasn’t addressed. There was no cleaning of the room, change of towels or bedding. My son returned with what we believe to be bites from bed bugs. Having seen the state of the rooms and low hygiene standards we did not risk actually having breakfast in the hotel
