We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. A special thank you to Furkan for his outstanding support and kindness during our visit. He helped us a lot with information about the city, recommendations, and making our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free. His hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The property claims to be very accessible and super clean, and I'm happy to say it lived up to that 100%. It's also within walking distance to both the Galata Tower and Galata Bridge, which made exploring incredibly convenient. Wide doorways, step-free entries, and well-placed grab bars made getting around effortless. Housekeeping was clearly on top of everything – the room, bathroom, and common areas were immaculate every single day. If you rely on accessibility features, value cleanliness above all, and want a great location near two of Istanbul's landmarks, this place delivers without excuse. Nothing.

The location is fine and is close to the river , you can see the city from the breakfast. The boys in the late afternoon are not polite, the hotel is very noise from the street activity, the breakfast is kind of weak and the people serving are not really professionals. Would avoid this hotel

All staff are very courteous, friendly and professionals. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows as they were thick. It could be good to others but not to me unfortunately.

All staff (Tolga, Ali, Furkon) were very helpful and professional. They offered me free room upgrade. The breakfast verity could be better. The room price keeps changing within hours.

The girl who works at reception i had a problem with my phone the pin number was not working I asked her to use her phone just to send text messages to my family to let them I'm ok but she refused to help me

The hotel is wonderful, clean, and in a great location. We were given a family room instead of a standard one, which had everything we needed and was very spacious. They arranged the transfer to and from the airport, which was on time, and the driver was also very helpful—he even arrived early at the hotel before our departure. The staff are very kind and welcoming people. We will definitely return there on our next trip.
