The staff was very helpful The facilities seemed rundown and not well maintained. There was broken glass in a window, and the flooring was damaged and peeling. When you walked across it, it caught on your shoes. The shower only heated up to a tepid warm temperature.

The staff are really kind and helpful. Ceren , sevgi, tolga and furkan. We’re very helpful and made sure we’re all well and comfortable. The location is very close to the karakoy tram station and the metro station which makes it easy to get around the city and visit all of the best spots. The view is incredible, we can see the galata tower from the restaurant, and from the other side all of the mosques and historical area. The rooms were quite small but it’s okay.

Breakfast is too expensive. Staffs should be a little bit more fluent in english.

Great Location. We went alone and discovered a lot in the city. Galata bridge just opposite the hotel, Also metro there and if you are going to meet this area, this is the best way to do it. Breakfast was really tasty, with wonderful view. We would go again to the same hotel. Even if something small, I believe all good vibes have covered it. I dont really remember something bad in our case

Friendly staff - very helpful. We booked this based on description of roof top dining in our hotel, however that was not the case. There was also a large hole in the ceiling in the hallway by our room.

It was clean, quiet, and instant coffee and water were providence daily. There is a very good cafe right next door that served excellent, inexpensive coffee. The area it is located in, while convenient to the Galata Bridge and area, was rather industrial. We had a room at the back of the hotel, facing the Galata Tower, so that made it quiet.

The views and that the rooms were cleaned everyday The location, even though it was central and close to many important sites, was surrounded only by buildings like a ghetto, with garbage, warehouses, a pretty shady area. The receptionists, although the reservation stated that we had free parking within the limits of the available spaces, asked us for €20 per car per day, then when they saw that we didn't understand why it was initially free and then we were asked for money, they said it was a new rule, that it wasn't actually a scam and that they were giving it to us for free. The room windows didn't close properly, and all the noise from the surrounding streets could be heard very clearly, as if we had the windows completely open and we couldn't rest at all (neither in the room with a view of the Bosphorus, nor in the rooms with a view of the Galata Tower). The elevator was always breaking down, one day we had to go down and up 8 floors, after walking/visiting all day, because there was no one to fix it.

Bed barely has one sheet so it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel to be honest, no noise isolation from the outside. Elevator takes forever. Breakfast was not great either, have to pay extra for an omelette or a cappuccino and the machine was broken. The waiters are constantly taking the plates from the tables which is so much that feels annoying.

Had a very pleasant stay the place was clean, well-located, and the staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurants, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.

The property is well located. Rooms are comfortably and spacious The amenities such as lobby and hallways are not in good shape The overall space is dated and many things were broken as the ice maker. We were changed rooms 2 times from our room because once the AC broke, the other one the window didn’t close. We ended up being updated to a room with water view
