The hotel is in a great location, very close to the mall. The staff are excellent — friendly and professional very unpleasant bed sheets!!!The entrance door caused problems and did not close properly. The shower cabin was extremely small, and there was a lot of noise from the street

The staff was very very friendly and very hospitable. I was truly overwhelmed with the hospitality. The facility is in a walking distance from Mall of Istanbul. Even for families, this hotel is decent choice. Value for money for this hotel is superb The hotel could use some renovation.

Wifi not working

The staff was very hospitable, especially the two kind ladies working on my 4th floor, who were very helpful in providing water, tea bags, and fresh towels since I didn't request cleaning my room during my stay. I wish the hotel management would freshen up the hotel air every day or so, by opening the floor doors, stairs, windows, and upper floors emergency exit doors for 30 minutes a day to get new fresh air, especially on the reception floor. Using artificial air fresheners extensively is very hazardous to the lungs, especially to the hotel staff who breathe these chemical aromas every day during working hours.

(especially at the reception area). Using air fresheners extensively is very annoying to breathe, and it's not a solution; it's very hazardous to human health

Bathroom sometimes have bad smell from the sewers, breakfast is not as good as it should. Coffee is bad and no much options for kids to have a nutritious start of their day.

It was horrible. On the 4th floor in my room was no WiFi, I was asking reception for 3 days to fix it, and only on 3th day they told me that I can change the room. In fact of course nobody didn’t tell me nothing about to change it ore something else. The bathroom was very small and it was terrible because between the toilet and shower cabin was max 20cm of space. So, if you are tall, like me, it’s no chance to use it. I’m so interested in how the “standard rooms” looks like, if it was deluxe. Breakfast was poor, not too much food selection. Who give 4 stars to that hotel… probably hotel give them by themselves.

- Room is clean, change bedding every day - Iron and iron table available at the room - Kettle in the room - AC is good - Good view - Bathroom is not perfect - Breakfast time ( 7 to 10 am ) was not suitable for us need to be earlier one hour - Location is not central, surroundings are local people private homes

Spacious clean rooms, refundable reservation, excellent breakfast and Hammam and sauna -great value! Right by highway-can be somewhat noisy

Breakfast fresh and good Location, stuffs, really bad service. The room door lock was broken, every-time to open room need to go to reception and tell to someone to open it for me. Reception lied to me updating your room to deluxe, but wasn’t deluxe, exactly same as everywhere normal standard room. Why she had to lie didn’t understood

Location Layout of the room , maybe carpet needs replacement , I also suggest to add fresh egg omlet to breakfast with no additional charges

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Its location was good, close to the city center and also popular markets. The room service was good and the reception was nice. I thank the hotel staff for the nice reception. I would like to thank the hostess Rojda and Baker for the reception. It was very nice

Furkan was very good. Sorted all my issues. Nice room Stayed on 8th floor i think and i could hear the chairs moving about from the breakfast hall above
