The breakfast was great, and Merve and Alper at the front desk were excellent.

The location, rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful esp. the Reception Staff Mr. Sahin, Ms. Yagmur, and Ms. Didem. I arrived late with my children and they greeted us nicely and make the check in & out process easy & smooth. - Not enough bell boy to help wth the luggage - At the time of my stay there was a meeting/government event which caused a crowd at the entrance gate - The Hotel valet parking is with a fee (500 TL/Day!)

the sheets of the beds was torn , the smell of the bathroom was terrible , the breakfast was not nice at all specially the cooked food , the turkish coffee was by fees !!! I went many hotels in Istanbul all of them was free , at the end this is the last time i will come to this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the Hilton in Istanbul. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff were kind enough to offer us complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful gesture. Breakfast was excellent, and everyone was eager to help and make sure we had everything we needed. I would especially like to recognize our server, Busra, who was truly outstanding. She made us feel completely at home and gave us the warm feeling of being welcomed into a Turkish home, reflecting the well-known generosity and hospitality of the Turkish people. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Location Bad service / No laundry service on Sunday and staff are unprofessional they way to serve guests … I had a laundry service incident and no one care ti attended to my request

Location, access to mall, clean, large room We arrived 1 am, additional bed was not ready, they did it quickly but still annoying. No one helped to take our luggage’s from taxi, staff was watching us from inside only after we enter while passing security someone offered help. Breakfast was rich but not high quality. Breakfast room design is like cafeteria in universities. They said upgraded our room but it was on first floor and with direct light of billboards, I could not close curtain fully to have full darkness for better sleep, second night achieved. Not worth to this cost with lots of options around

Hotel is near to masko “furniture shops” And its not far from the airport and attached to mall of istanbul. The guest relations “sena” was a big help.

The gentleman who checked me in was amazing! Very helpful and very professional The only flaw I found d was the bathroom in 2101 had a smell like the toilet does not work
