Very friendly and accommodating staff, good value for the rooms. Excellent location near the city center. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Good buffet-style breakfast included with the rooms. Rooms are a little small. There is some noise from surrounding areas/streets, given the hotel's location near the city center.

Ideal location a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and a fifteen minute pleasant walk to Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia and other main historical sites. Hotel staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast was available each morning and was a nice added feature. Neighborhood had a number of streets with good restaurants. We had to move rooms twice. The first two rooms faced east towards the Blue Mosque area and had a lot of night time street noise including trucks and motorbikes at all hours, and every morning around 4.30am seagulls started making a lot of noise. We moved to a west facing room on the other side of the building on the third floor that was lovely and featured an ocean view. That room was very quiet. So I think your experience will be greatly affected by which room you are in. Ask for west facing room.

The hotel has a history spanning approximately 140 years. The room is spacious and well-lit, featuring elements reminiscent of antique furniture and classic light fixtures. It's a great spot for breakfast. The best part of the hotel is the inner courtyard. As well as the hotel's location in the very heart of the Old Town - with all attractions within walking distance. There is a constant smell in the room - apparently due to the age of the building.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the tram, plenty of restaurants around, Grand Bazaar 6 mins walk, lots of shops around. Breakfast was great. Value for money. We had two gentlemen at the reception, A big thumb up for both of them, Osman and Omar. Both are very helpful and go beyond one's expectation. Thank you Osman and Omar. Bathroom was not cleaned enough. The intersections of the white tiles were black with mildew. Needs some thorough cleaning.

Every day, we had room vacuumed and trash disposed. We plan to come back in August. Nothing to dislike.

The staff was great! Osman and Baran were always helpful and hospitable. They are excellent and helped us find a good restaurant and transportation to and from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep well after long days of walking. The hotel is very clean, even though it is an older building. It is evident that the staff works hard to provide a clean hotel and comfortable beds for the guests. The location is in a wholesale/industrial part of the old town, so the atmosphere around the hotel is not very nice. We made sure to be back at the hotel before dark. There was a lot of construction going on right behind the hotel, so there was much noise all the time. This is NOT the fault of the hotel. It just made our stay less desirable at this time.

Courteous staff and helpful especially Iskender , easy walking distance to attractions and shopping Breakfast could be better . Prefer with more fruit choices and fresh juices . Yogurt is good
