Staff was very helpful from the 1st day of checking in, to the last day (of my checkout). Mr. Hakan, it was very nice to meet you and you are great Brother ? Thanks for making my trip easy and amazing ! Should improve the breakfast option !

Ahamed was really nice and responsive. He was very helpful. The hotel is in a good location and there are a lot of restaurants nearby . The beds were comfy. There are no lifts and the stairs are very steep and not really suitable for the older generation. There are no staff present 24 x7 and therefore if you are leaving in the morning you need to be able to carry your luggage down yourself. Again this is something the older generation will struggle with. The breakfast was served on a plate and it was basically the same through out the stay. Also they start it at 9am. The rooms were cleaned on the surface but under the furniture you see a lot of dust. The toilets had mold and also one of our rooms had mold in it. This needs to be taken care of.

Location is great, staff also Small room, too noisy, you can hear cars and voices in the middle of the night, breakfast is bad, there is no elevator.

Staff were helpful and professional . Location is amazing. 5min walk to Grand Bazaar, 10min walk to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. Breakfast was basic not a lot of options. Little Noisy area but manageable.

It was awful in terms of facilities and cleanness. The bed was smelling awful, curtains are not ironed, breakfast was poor.

disposable slippers, soap and shampoo. That's all. It's a shame about the money spent! The first and overall impression is disgusting! Having paid $87 for a night with breakfast, I expected to get a cozy little room to wait out a day with my son between flights. We walked up and down a dark street with half-abandoned houses, construction and other garbage for 20 minutes in search of a sign. On the third try, locals helped us. It was cramped and kitschy inside. They gave us a room on the first floor right next to the "reception", behind a cardboard door. We didn't see any more hotel staff, except for a nice woman who served breakfast. The breakfast, by the way, was a C. The room was as unorganized as the whole street. I spent a long time looking for a window. Its role was played by a crack between the walls of two buildings, with a grate and a dirty canopy under it. There was nowhere to hang outerwear, because the hooks were covered by a TV, which we were unable to turn on with the remote control. The pillows were square and hard, like from the game Minecraft. My son immediately found a couple of holes in the bed linen. Furniture and "design" from the early 2000s. The room was crammed with three beds (one double and two singles), a kitchen (sink, table and kettle, the cord of which must be plugged into the socket on the opposite side of the sink), an empty minibar, a TV. There is not a single shelf in the shower stall. The toilet rim is loose, because it is not attached to anything.

Ahmet is very good and helpful, he is always ready for anything you need , the only reason I ll stay here again is because of his kindness Location is little bit difficult
