Amazing location in the center of Istanbul. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Can get really loud at night because of the nearby bars, and the room is not soundproof.

The hotel was clean and well organized, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, and I would especially like to thank Khaled at the reception for his professionalism, kindness, and support from the first day. The location is excellent and close to transportation and services. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again.

The room itself was decent overall but the location is just excellent. We like walking and made it up to a total of 50 kms as everything was pretty attainable on foot. Central streets with everything is a few meters away and so is the metro. Some lack of basics and smart organization. Rooms are pretty small, I understand you get value for money so we would get by without cleaning, renew in coffee or any usable stuff. But I would fix the bathroom door, add a few hangers in the closet and on the walls, eg. you cannot even hang towels in the bathroom.

The place was calm and clean. We did an upgrade to the suite, but there was a bad smell in the toile,t and the floor was not straight (5th floor)

The soundproofing is decent, but it's still quite busy sometimes. I found the room small, but that might have been due to the configuration I booked. Otherwise, the facilities are new and comfortable.

A comfortable place to stay. The room is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly. There's a metro station 200-300 meters from the hotel. One of the main tourist streets is also nearby, and a 15-minute walk takes you to ferries that go to islands, among other places. There are plenty of places to eat and hang out nearby. Highly recommended.

There was no electricity !!! So no elevator, no AC. We couldn’t enjoy or sleep The room was with bad smell from the bathroom They told us that the electricity will be back 5pm but was a lie to keep us there and no cancel Staff wasn’t helpful Rooms very very small

It is in an excellent location, close to nightlife and Istiklal, yet still quiet. The windows provide very good noise insulation. The air conditioning was underperforming and only managed to reach the desired temperature after a long time. The towels didn’t exactly smell fresh, and the same was true of the sheets; perhaps they hadn’t been washed properly. The room itself is quite small; if you plan to spend much time in it, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
