The property was good at the price point. The staff were super cooperative.

Good Nothing way

Breakfast, SPA, Lobby, Location is super good, but they can develope. I don’t like laundry things, that price is little bit too much. Also I don’t think the clean room very well, they didn’t put soap for 4 days in our room. Shampoos are mixed with water, some of them was not nice

Everything was excellent. Everything was clean, the hotel was great, and the location was perfect. The food was good as well. The receptionist, Eylul, was outstanding—she helped us with parking, treated us with great respect, and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thanks to her, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel more often in the future

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Hasna and Yagiz, for their warm welcome and helpful support throughout our stay. We also appreciate the housekeeping and service staff for keeping everything clean and comfortable, especially Payam...***** Overall, the staff made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

The location is best Having no car parking and not easy to find car parking

AC didn't work at all, a lot of noise that lasts till 4am since there is a club across the street. The area where the hotel is located is extremely expensive, so bars and restaurants around have prices that make you feel like you are in New York, London or so.

Breakfast could have been better

Great stuff, specially aylul and omar. Great location. Nightlife around the hotel. Not far from metro station. Nice stuff.

The staff exhibited exceptional attentiveness and genuine care for our needs. Notably, Payam, one of the staff members, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and a deep concern for our well-being. Every planned room service was meticulously prepared, and the hotel’s location was conveniently situated near Taksim and Istiklal Avenue.

I had a wonderful stay at Tulip City Hotel in the heart of Taksim, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and excellent public transportation, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and nightlife. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived until checkout, every member of the team was professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and answered all our questions about the city with great recommendations, i wanna thank Hasna and Eylul from the reception and parayam who cleaned my room everyday and provided me with all the neccessary ammenities. The breakfast was another highlight! The spread was impressive a wide variety of fresh cheeses, olives, Turkish pastries, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits, vegetables, and delicious hot dishes. It offered something for everyone and was a perfect way to start the day exploring Istanbul. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with good soundproofing despite the lively Taksim location. I would highly recommend Tulip City Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great value, fantastic staff, and an excellent breakfast. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

The location and service were unbeatable!! I genuinely felt at home there and at ease because of the exceptional care provided by the front desk managers: specifically Paula, Hazna, and thr ted headed gal :) Nothing to note

Sauna is great rooms very comfy Hasnaa the manager was so nice as was Paula who ran the Massages I felt like I was home Breakfast was amazing good selection Was a little building work but the staff managed around this very well

Good breakfast and kind staff. specialy driver Irfan he help us a lot. we can give him to 7 star very kind person and reception staff also very friendly. We are very happy at all

The Superior room was a bit smaller than we expected, and unfortunately there was no king bed. Instead, there were two twin beds connected together, which was quite uncomfortable. We had requested a high floor and a king bed after making the reservation and the hotel confirmed this request. However, after check-in I reported the issue and they offered us a standard room instead. Since it was already late, we decided to keep the room, but I was not happy about this situation. I would also like to thank the housekeeping boy from Turkmenistan (I unfortunately do not remember his name). He was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was normal, but the dishes were the same every day.

We liked the Location , the kindness of all staff there and the room view that was panoramic. Also we got express check in in the morning as we were tired from the trip , we are offered a room to rest at 8.30 AM . All was Good

The location Terrible, the bed wasn’t comfortable the staff wasn’t available, housekeeping keep nocking on the door even that the sticker was outside not to come inside
