Rooms were clean, beds-comfortable, Wifi was working, breakfast was great, with variety of choices. As a vegetarian I was not excluded. Location was great, narrow streets, beautiful environment, and most importantly safe. Bathroom was not properly separated from bedroom and it became uncomfortable to use it when needed.

Location is good but staff not so friendly, whenever you ask something they said we have that policy . My daughter she got food allergies the reason why she can’t have any bread or pancakes contains eggs, she wants to have Smarties chocolate but staff refused to give her and my daughter felt sad.? Smoking area next to buffet hall, if don’t smoke ?than this place is not for you.

The breakfast was very basic and quite disappointing. There were no croissants or variety of fruits—only mandarins were available. I stayed for one week, and every morning the breakfast was exactly the same, with no change or improvement.

Location near to Teqsim Square This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially considering the price. Apart from the location, which is close to shops and public transport, everything else was very poor. The building itself is old, run-down, and has a persistent bad smell, including in the corridors and common areas. This immediately creates an unpleasant first impression and never improves. The room was dated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. Furniture was worn out, and the bathroom felt unhygienic and neglected. Service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Staff showed little interest in resolving issues or improving the guest experience. Requests were either ignored or handled with minimal effort. The facilities and spa were disappointing and nowhere near the standard implied by the hotel’s name or price. Noise was also an issue, making rest difficult. Overall, this hotel is severely overpriced. The photos and descriptions online are misleading, and the actual experience does not justify the cost in any way. I do not recommend this hotel unless location is the only thing you care about and you are willing to compromise on cleanliness, comfort, smell, and service.

Location was great, easy to get to main attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars around and nice to have a walk. Staff was friendly. They have smoking room right in the restaurant area, so every time during breakfast restaurant would be filled with smoke, it was very hard to breath in it. As a non smoking person with small baby it was truly a disaster we had to shower and change clothes after every breakfast. Some things during breakfast were not fresh, like salami amd some salads, just dried out, occasionally you could get a dried out pancake. Tap in our room was leaking which caused a lot of discomfort as water was just everywhere. We had to improvise and tie towel around it to stop water. We also had dinner included and it was more or less the same everytime, some type of meat sauce and rice, though was fresh. Unfortunately add ons, like salads and spreads were not always fresh and even caused upset stomach once.

Great location friendly staff very good breakfast. The top floor suite was beautiful view. Elevator to the top floor was out of service during my stay….. not a huge problem for me.
