Nothing The staff have lot of lies They gave me a room in floor 6 The elavator didn’t function I said i need about 30 min late check out,they refused They send one of the staff to my room at 11:50 to check out I didnt recomend this hotel at all Bathroom has bad smell all day Breakfast very poor

Also the breakfast was amazing, and pool. Yes, room is a little bit tired, but clean with new bedsheets and good shower. And location is good too. I think it’s good for this price

Great service Sazai in the reception was very helpful, from room to taxi arrangements to the airport

Rooms were clean, beds-comfortable, Wifi was working, breakfast was great, with variety of choices. As a vegetarian I was not excluded. Location was great, narrow streets, beautiful environment, and most importantly safe. Bathroom was not properly separated from bedroom and it became uncomfortable to use it when needed.

Location is good but staff not so friendly, whenever you ask something they said we have that policy . My daughter she got food allergies the reason why she can’t have any bread or pancakes contains eggs, she wants to have Smarties chocolate but staff refused to give her and my daughter felt sad.? Smoking area next to buffet hall, if don’t smoke ?than this place is not for you.

The breakfast was very basic and quite disappointing. There were no croissants or variety of fruits—only mandarins were available. I stayed for one week, and every morning the breakfast was exactly the same, with no change or improvement.
