Nothing really, the room was very dirty, dust in most places in the room, very bad smell in the rooms, the toilet door wasnt isolated so whatever you ate and shat you can smell, its literally a toilet with beds inside. Small room no air from window

The staff was very friendly and polite You can hear the noise from the street despite i was in the fifth floor. Also despite i have been upgraded to superior room they gave me a standard room. Also there wasn’t a hot water in the room in some days and I had to talk to the staff to open it and it wasn’t that hot. Also the door of toilet was a semi door. When someone flush the toilet you can hear it in your room

Great value for money! They allow us to let our bags at reception before check in and after check out. It is in nice busy area with restaurants but it was quiet in room. Has AC and wifi. For the money it is great value. Stuff is very friendly and sharing their recommendations. We didn't ask for more except to oversleep so it was great. There is near bus and train station (little uphill but all city is like that) We didn't know that we should ask for cleaning...

A very nice place if you like to walk, not sit in a hotel! Very nice and friendly staff! Especially Sinan, always friendly and sweet! Close to all the attractions, beautiful area!

Stunning property - Yigitcan and Sinai were helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible

Value for Money

the location was good if you want to go out for drinks or food, and the room nicely sized for a few days. the bed was very firm which was great for me as i have a bad back and this really helped. staff were nice to chat to and helped with the luggage the room was slightly noisy if you are a light sleeper (due to being near bars) but i was pretty tired so not a big issue, and i think this stopped by around midnight

after 4 days we left to ankara and we where coming back. In the 4 days the room wasn’t clean , i left it was dirty, i informed them to take care that my laptop is in my room and i’m going to ankara. I came back the room wasn’t even cleaned nor the second room. We stayed again 3 days and again no one cleaned the room. This means 8 nights the room wasn’t cleaned nor the garage was removed. One of the employees was good and supportive (engin) While the second one was very rude and has a very bad manner , and stays on the phone watching series, he talks in a bad way.(yigit )

You should take into consideration that there are bars outside so it's very loud till about 1am, except on weekends when the bar was closed. Overall nice, cheap place.

Great location, kind and helpful staff, great value for money, as we were looking for something affordable. Without having any major issue, I think the staff should pay a bit more attention to cleanliness
