The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs but weren’t much helpful The noise in the area, especially from the bar upstairs, was extremely loud and made it very difficult for us to sleep. What made the situation worse was that the room was hot and humid, while the AC was not working properly. We were told that it could only be set to warm temperatures, which was very inconvenient. As a result, we could not sleep comfortably either with the windows open or closed. When the windows were open, the noise was unbearable, and when they were closed, the room became too hot. The noise was so intense that it even caused the windows and chandelier to shake.

Great place, friendly and fantastic staff. Good value Location is very central, but it's situated directly opposite some nightlife bars. The music can be intrusive on Saturday nights as partying ends at 2AM. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to keep in mind for people that need a bit of quiet after a long journey

The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spotless, cozy, and quiet, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days exploring the city. The location is another huge plus. It is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of Istanbul’s main attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city without any hassle. I am giving 5 stars because of the outstanding staff, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again millions of time and highly recommend Hotel Fresia to anyone visiting Istanbul. Pls go all to this amazing hotel ❤️!

It's a nice place near Istiklal street. There are very kind staff and good breakfast. The bed was too soft.

The room was spacious and the shower was good. The room was not clean in eight days and the bathroom smelled musty. The breakfast was served in a unattractive room with woobly chairs. There were clubs downstairs and there was music every night but on the weekends the noise was infernal and the window frames were not ready to isolate the sound. Not even earplugs helped.

central location, friendly staff, clean room, safe environment, also 24/7 reception the location is close to the nightlife, meaning it will get noisy during the evening until 01/02 a. m. even when the bar are closing their personnel do not bother to keep it quiet. plus the AC in the room was making loud noises even when switched off. could not sleep without earplugs.

The room was a bit run-down, not too bad, but the balcony overlooked two busy nightclubs both playing loud music until 3am on a Thursday night. Impossible to sleep through. The hotel must have known as they left earplugs by the bed.

In my room, ac was making weird sound and was not working properly. Bath place glass door was broken, hand washing basin water foset was broken. Hand shower broken. Rooms are worse, pic are not correct. I simply hated my stay there. I will not recommend this place for family. It might be ok for young people and frinds. A very suitable place to stay for nightout.

Amazing location! Few minutes away from Istiklal road and 5mins to bus station. If you prefer calm places, living in Istiklal is generally bad idea. Bars will be noisy. But it was oaky for us.
