The location was perfect! Walking distance to Galata tower and all the public transportation. It was cleaned daily, breakfast was good and the host Ahmet is very friendly. The room lights are a little weak

The location is perfect. Close to the square, the train station and the Galata Tower. Staff was nice and the elevator was working properly. Nicely cleaned every day. I expected a more turkish style breakfast, but it was as western as it can be.

There was nothing which I disliked to be honest.

Smoking smell is too heavy in the room and on bed sheets & pillows , this was really bad, I think it came from AC! No cold water in bathroom sink, only hot water! Poor breakfast. Bathroom size is small and not comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at Elan Pera Hotel and was pleasantly upgraded to a beautiful suite with a charming view, watching birds fly right outside the window. I used the hotel shuttle from the airport, and the staff stayed in touch the whole time to ensure I took the right connection and arrived safely, which I truly appreciated. The team was consistently friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very central, close to taxis and the metro, and within walking distance of Istiklal Street and the Taksim shopping area. I would happily stay here again. I came across it on Booking.com

Location The only real positive about this hotel is its location, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning did not work, forcing us to keep the window open at night, which was uncomfortable. The plug points were shabby, and some of the switches were broken, giving the room a neglected feel. Considering the price, the stay was not worth the money at all. The breakfast was very ordinary and nothing memorable.

The staff was kind and helpful, great location, and unlike other budget hotels I’ve stayed in Istanbul, the room was surprisingly spacious Slightly outdated decor but it didn’t ruin or affect our stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to store our luggages for a week, and the hotel helped us a lot. The room was clean, and the location was convenient.

The pictures and reality do not match. The hotel is overdue for a refreshment. Carpets are musty, Water was shut off early on check out day. Breakfast was subpar.

Had a great stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were friendly and professional. I’d like to give special thanks to Ahmad, who was incredibly helpful and attentive — he made the whole experience even better. Really appreciated the service. Would definitely come back!
