Quite quirky - large corner room. Classy terrace restaurant Lovely staff Usual grouches - mould in the corners of the shower, room needs a good dust otherwise ok.

We made a reservation to pay when we arrived, this was very clear in the booking reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel charged my credit card all the stay without notice the day before we arrived. When I asked for an explanation, the front desk employees pretended no english profiency and provide vague and inconsitent answers. Again, no solutions were provided to the broken reservation commitment. There was a constant noice during all the nights until advanced hours (3:00, 4:00 AM) coming from a bar across the street which played music at insane volume. The front desk offers no solution.

The room was quite noisy from the street noise. Pillows, uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work properly and was not repaired after we requested repair. Rooftop restaurant has a limited menu and was not very impressive

Location was good, room was very spacious, bed was a huge super-king Nightclub on top floor plays very loud music EVERY night until 1am to 3am (depending on the night), small tv and not a smart tv so no Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., nice bathroom but not very bright and has a VERY cheap toilet seat!

The first impression was beautiful; marble entry, sophisticated appearance. Staff was indifferent and not helpful; could not be more disinterested.

This is a really delightful hotel in the old style in Beyogulu. The staff are charming and helpful..the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast with a view over the city, was sumptuous. There's a little night-time noise from nearby clubs but not loud enough to be intrusive

Located within walking distance to Galata tower and the abundance of cafes, restaurants, shopping and metro/fenicular stations along Istikal Street. We booked the corner room and it was very spacious. Some issues with housekeeping; they didnt change bedsheets and we had to constantly tell them. It got changed on day 5 eventually. Complimentary water or tea coffee was not replenished daily and again we had to remind them. They didnt wash dirty coffee cup or sweep floor. From Friday evening through to weekend expect very very very loud music from the hotel rooftop venue until the early hours. Also note street noise from other parties when staying in this area.

Friendly staff. Good location. The room was too small, housekeeping wasn’t great. It wasn’t really clean. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and there was dust on the tables. It felt like they were only making the beds. Towels were changed regularly as well. All in all, they need to upgrade the room service and the housekeeping. The AC wasn’t great either and went off several times at night.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere to it and the location is excellent and close to transit lines. I had no issues reaching my different destinations. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Murad and the front desk staff. The restaurant manager gives a very nice atmosphere to the breakfast. The bar on the 7th floor is really loud at night and unfortunately, we could hear it clearly from the second floor even with every window and door closed

Staff was very very helpful, even the non english speaking people at night. Taxi service to the airport - normal pre-booked taxi with a taximeter was amazing, you should request the same for the airport to hotel service, much better and less expensive than the private company. Hot water not working on the 1st day but it was fixed the 2nd date. The bed was a bit too soft. Breakfast could have more options, especially during the weekend that the hotel is full, they need to fill-up the dishes more quickly and add options.
