I would especially like to thank Murad for his outstanding hospitality and excellent customer service. He was attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location is very convenient and near the metro.Istiklal is 3 minutes walk . I want to thanks specially Murat for being so kind and helpful.We will definitely use this hotel again

would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. We checked in but had to leave within 2 hours because the room was dirty, the shower had mold, and the window wasn’t sealed—letting in loud noise and cold air. Worse there was some bugs and flies in room. I had to leave with 4months old baby after 10 hours flight. The elevator was too small to fit a standard stroller, there were no basic toiletries, and the overall experience was very inconvenient for a family. Worst of all, the staff were unhelpful and refused to give even a partial refund despite the conditions. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here. The owner is such a jerk. They could do partial refund. Not trusting booking.com either pictures are misleading.

Breakfast

The bed was very good, and we had a relaxed sleep. The breakfast was nice, and the dinner was very good - all very tasteful. Around the hotel there are many nice bars, restaurants and coffe places. The outside noice from the bar may be a problem for some people. We were ok.

emptyness of sauna, it was quite there. the room that i booked was bigger then the one in reality.. guy on the reception told me that it is a booking.com fault. they offered me to move to the bigger room the next day, then the guy changed and he said that he was nto informed. then another guy changed and he said i can move. i did not move cause i was tired and it was only 2 noghts i was staying there, so no purpose to do these movements...

Location: 10/10 Its near Istiklal street. 10 min walk to Galata Tower. carrefour grocery was on the side street where the Restautants are, found about it like 1 day before we were leaving. There is also a mini grocery, Hamam bath and a cafe nearby. Shishane metro few meters away. Staff: The hotel reception staff understood exactly what we needed and were very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast: section wise- 5/10. it’s the same for the whole days we stayed. You can add some bread though or some Musli or some Oat or almond milk. The one who makes the fresh turkish bread 10/10 and the staffs at the breakfast restaurant also 10/10. Well done! Comfort: Upon arrival we were given a triple standard room though I booked a Family room. We stayed there for 2 Nights coz there were no rooms available. I was kind of pissed coz the room was really smal for a family of 4. Yiu cant open the luggage coz the room was tight. The Toilet accessries liek falling apart. On the 3rd day finally we were in the Family room with stairs. The bed was really comfy but the 2 twin beds were squeaking noise all the time, everytime you move. There were molds in the bath. Noise: 4/10 party down the street til 3 or 4 am everynight you can hear it till 6th floor. Dämmung kannat du vergessen! Du kannst alles hören. Molds in the bathroom. Much of the furniture appears old and worn, and the noise from nearby pubs may disturb light sleepers.

However, what made the experience truly special was the staff — everyone was so kind and welcoming. A big thank you to Rohullah and Asadbek at reception for going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Very considerate and kind people. A sweet mention as well to the housekeeping lady who was adorable “can I clean your room, my princesses” — so cute ? I was also very impressed that during Ramadan, the hotel thoughtfully provided an early breakfast at 5 a.m. — as I was fasting it meant a lot. The neighborhood is cozy, with plenty of nice cafés and easy access to public transport. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Istanbul!

We got an upper room with an amazing view of Haliç. Staff was super kind, good breakfast. The room was a bit wonky, water marks on the ceiling, wore-down furnitures, just one night stand in a double room, only 2 electric outlets in the entire room, water cattle broken. The sauna was cold, we could sit inside for an hour without leaving.

We had downgrade of our room on 1st night, but they moved us on next day saying that it’s “upgrade”, but actually it was the room that we have originally booked for. All staff were impolite, especially the guy with glasses. Special thanks to Murad, he was always nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast needs to be improved. The quality of food is not nice and every day it’s same food. There is no menemen during breakfast in Turkey?!?!

Excellent Location - 5 minutes to Sishane Metro and Istiklal Street. Room was cleaned everyday and all amenities (water, tea/coffee sachets, towels, toiletries) were provided and replenished daily. The beds were comfortable and family room is extremely spacious. Free sauna for hotel guests. All reception staff are very helpful. Lighting not adequate for a very large suite and not enough natural light, The lifts are tiny - can fit 2 people comfortably; more than that is very tight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to public transportation, Istiklal Street, and Taksim Square. The room was comfortable, and the view over the Golden Horn was absolutely stunning. Housekeeping serviced the room daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Murat for his assistance and kindness. Nothing
