The staff were very nice, helpful & respectful. The room size is not enough, bathroom size too small & bathroom essentials were not good quality. Hair dryer not good enough Cotton puds were not available. Bathroom slipper was not good

We were very satisfied with our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent – most major attractions can be reached within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean and well maintained, and everything was organized properly. The breakfast was not entirely to my personal taste, but that is purely a matter of preference. Apart from that, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were all very good. The bathroom amenities were clean and well-organized. The room was small; in reality, it had two single beds pushed together to make a double, which was very uncomfortable. The comfort level didn’t really match the room category or the price. The internet was very poor and disconnected frequently. The shower was actually very small. The bathroom amenities did not include toothpaste or a toothbrush. The instant coffee sachets were quite old or damp.

I didn’t like the trip what I order to Cappadocia , it was very expensive and I never received the bill after I gave the cash.The trip was well organized but no receipt and we got information at the site that we overplayed. In hotel and tourist agency promised every day they will sent but never happened.This was big disappointment for me as a tourist in Türkiye first time.

Cleaning First of all, this was not a 4-star hotel. Even 3-star options I’ve stayed in before were much better. I didn’t enjoy my stay. The location wasn’t great — it was in a crowded area with lots of workers. The hotel was noisy in the mornings because of the cleaning staff. Breakfast was very basic and low quality, and the staff lacked communication. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I felt disappointed.

Room was clean, and was cleaned daily. Bottled water was provided. Staff is young and uniformly excellent, helpful, polite, professional. The breakfast buffet had 50+ items, fantastic quality and choice!! Location is 10min walk from all key Istanbul historical sights, very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room needs a better desk, there was only a slim table, hard to use my laptop. The WiFi was very spotty, low speed and kept interrupting. Barely good for some YouTube . The door to the room is not well insulated so noise and smell (including cigarette smoke when someone smoked) came into the room. Sound insulation is not very good, I could hear neighbours talking, washroom activities etc.

I had certain expectations since this hotel is rated as a four-star property, but it’s definitely not a four-star hotel not even close. The room was not properly cleaned, the sheets were dirty, and overall hygiene was disappointing. Please keep this in mind if you’re booking the standard does not match the rating.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff and everything was so clean, we were with a baby and the housekeeper changed our bed sheets and cleaned the room every day. Location is good too. I loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

The property was very well located and convenient for travelers looking to see the main sights in Istanbul. It had all the essentials we needed. One night, we were locked out of the property at 1:30 am. After a couple of minutes we called the lobby and the attendant appeared. He told us not to worry and that he’d been watching us outside from the cameras. If that was true, how come he didn’t let us in earlier? Also, the blankets were not the correct size for the bed. They were too small, so we didn’t have enough width to cover us both. We would call for extra blankets, but every day housekeeping would take them, and we’d have to call again. Also, the area right around the hotel becomes completely deserted at night, after 10pm or so. We would often return after that and it was a bit nervewracking to get from the train to the hotel since we didn’t see anyone else. The only time I ever felt unsafe was when a car drove by and yelled at us. They continued driving, but I would have felt better if there had been anyone else outside.
