I would definitely start with location. Location is perfect few minutes walk to Sultanahmet. As well as Sirkeci. Hotel staff is very welcoming and polite. They are always smiling and happy to help you in any situation. Rooms were bright and well designed. Wi fi was working very good in our room. Breakfast was nice with fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. Also, they have very good coffee machine - excelent cappuccino. We arrived earlier at 8 am. Rooms were not ready but they offered us to keep the luggage and offered breakfast for free. It was really nice for us to have some hot breakfast after night travel. Just little noise from the street that is heard in room even in closed windows. But it would not disturb your sleep.

Good location. 10 minutes walking to all the tour sites. Staff are friendly and helpful. If Hotel provides cleaner napkins in rooms. Now it only available in dining room.

The location is very good,close to the main attractions but also on a more quiet street without too much noise. Personnel was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. I can just recommend the property. Thank you!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location, everything to see in old Istanbul was very short walking distance, the hotel is very nice, clean, rooms are standard and comfortable, breakfast choice was good, a fair price for our stay in the city, the neighborhood was very safe, we like our stay in this hotel and part of the city. nothing much, everything was just as expected, no complains about this hotel .

Walking distance to all the attractions in Istanbul. The front desk manager Adnan was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond to give us a lake check out. Special thanks to Aisha from the breakfast team who is soo helpful and always smiling. Rooms are a bit tiny, specially if you are traveling with a child

Our stay at the Boss Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful! Located in the heart of Sultanahmet, it’s the perfect spot for tourists—just a short walk from all the major historic sites, shops, and restaurants. The location made exploring the city incredibly easy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the staff members, Firat, even surprised my sister and me with delicious Turkish treats for our birthday, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! One small downside was that the water in the shower tended to pile up quickly, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Wonderful location. One of the hotel receptionists tried to pressure me into meeting him off site multiple times. The rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.
