The staff was nice and friendly. The location was also good. Approximately 15min to the city centre on foot. The room smelled of cigarettes. Like if someone smoked pack of cigarettes right in the room. Cleaning definitely needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom - mold everywhere.

Price and location There is absoulutely no sound insulation. I was able to hear the street through the closed window very loud, even people's conversation as they were next to me. I was not able to feel calm abd relax because of all different sounds coming from everywhere. But in my experience, it's nothing unusuall for Istanbul. And yeah, room looks much more comfortable on the pictures than in real life. Breakfast was very modest and not that tasty. All in all it was ok as a place to sleep between transfer flights, but would not recommned it anyway.

It was worth the money. I, a rather tall person, was given a room for dwarfs. To get to the toilet you have to bend down twice. It was very funny. The room we were given had low ceilings and small windows overlooking the wall, there was nothing like that in the photo. They did not offer a nice room, and I had no desire to ask for one. The breakfasts were very bad. The room smelled of sewage from the toilet. We took the accommodation only for sleeping, it served its purpose.

Price, location and staff (Furkan and Tina) were brilliant. They were very kind and supportive. Basic Turkish breakfast (selection of cheese, boiled eggs, various jams, salami, tomato ?, cucumber ? and bread). Train (Kumkapi), Metro (Beyzait) stops are close by less than 10 minutes walk. Blue Mosque, Topkapi Plalace, Aya Sofiya and Grand Bazar are less than 30 minutes walk. Variety of shops and restaurants are nearby. Overall cleanliness for the room and specifically the bathrooms very poor. Sink and shower area was molded, shower bracket was loose so you can't hang the shower. The first room's bathroom shower cubical had no glass door and the water was not draining. The staff was very supportive and next morning they changed our room. We saw a mouse ran out from our room to the corridor. Property has no lift.
