It was good for the price. The Staff was very helpful and location is good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to grand bazar. Staff was always available to help. Room had most of the things one might need in this price. The room we got was on ground-floor and the window didn't open fully, so it was quite suffocating . However hotel staff helped to switch us to another room 2 floors up, for 2 nights. The bathroom sink gets flooded quickly and the toilet seat doesn't really fit the toilet. Rooms were smaller than what appears in pictures, so read the area square meters carefully.

Inside was very comfortable, the staff was very kind with my baggage problem, definitely I recommend stay here. The location is very useful The parking spot but since I didn’t drive, I think I wasn’t complain about it

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very reasonably prices. Room was small but comfortable with an ensuite nice shower, reliable hot water, small fridge. Located in the old town but not in a touristy area. good seafood restaurant nearby recommended by staff. It was a bit far from the trolley line --about a 15 to 20 minute walk uphill so it was just as quick to walk wherever I wanted to go. When I arrived the hotel was locked and I had to call for help but someone came right away and gave me to passcode for the front door. Floor of my room could have been cleaner.

The hotel was very clean, charming, and comfortable. It was recently renovated, and it is within walking distance to all major attractions. The staff was wonderful. Ceren was the lady we interacted with the most, and she was amazing. If you need airport transportation they will arrange it for you. They can also arrange sightseeing tours, Bosphorus cruise etc. Very welcoming, warm, and cozy. Would highly recommend ???

The bedroom it was a little bit small, but is was comfortable!

The hotel is close to the most important attractions of Istanbul. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Super comfortable bed, we were sleeping like a baby. Very nice room and bathroom. Close to The Blue Mosque and the hotel is surrounded by the good places to eat local food.

10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia . Very clean small hotel with good Wi-Fi, quiet location, extremely helpful personal.

It was clean and tidy The size of the double room was very small, it was hard to set the water temp and there is no parking at the "hotel", even there is no space for you to park in front of the "hotel" for unloading. The staff is offering you parking near by for 15 euro per day but you can find for 10. Also I wouldn't rate it as hotel, it is guest house, with steep stairs and tiny rooms

Because of internet was tough during stay ,we were not able to plan our trip to different places
