Breakfast was delicious and staff were kind and helpful. Especially Yilmaz Yildiz who helped me carry 4 suitcases all the way to the port of my Cruise-ship before boarding.

Location, staff is very kind, laundry delivered the same day. Breakfast is very good. For some reason, beds felt too warm, even with AC. Other strange thing is that they don’t have ice (though they do have minibar in the room, with no alcohol understandably).

The reception staff, Yilmaz Yildiz and Melih Arda, were very helpful and always smiling. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again. There is no Netflix or other streaming platforms, and you can’t connect your phone to the TV.

New hotel in an excellent location. No complaints. The night manager Sinan was very helpful and friendly.

The property location is excellent, exactly in the heart of Karaoke where you we wanted to be. And from day one upon our arrival, Sinan was there to greet us, helped us with our luggage to the room and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even one day there was a power outage in the area and the internet was down, I had to send something for work, Sinan accommodated me on the front and gave me internet from his phone so I am able to finish my work. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back here. Thank you Sinan! nothing. everything was great.

The location was perfect close to GalataPort and Galata Tower and many great cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay The elevator wasn’t working during my stay, which made it a bit inconvenient to carry luggage upstairs. The Wi-Fi connection could also be more stable.
