The rooms 902 and 903 were horrible with noises through out the night and no natural lights

The location is fantastic, and views from the property over Bospheros unbeatable. The rooftop bar is very lively and lots of fun. Go out the back and it is really lively with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Go out the front and you have the walkway and Galataport - very fancy shopping area and beautiful views. Our room was very large and clean. Loved the lobby area. Coffee shop has great coffee. This is a crazy expensive hotel for Istanbul - so you would expect things to be overpriced - but you'd expect the service to go with the price. Nevertheless, $52 for an espresso martini and $62 for a glass of champange is expensive in any book! I had literally 2 pairs of underwear, a bra, and a sportstop laundered ... $48! The rooftop bar is apparently not open in the day. We were paying for a Bosphoros view room; I went for a coffee to take in the view since my husband having a meeting - and even though there had been at least 10 people eating and drinking on the roof just before I arrived I was told it was closed and to go down to the coffee shop on the ground floor and get my own! When I did meet 3 staff at bottom of stair case leading from roof chatting around the podium on their phones, I did kick up a bit of a fuss; especially since the restaurant is below the rooftop bar! Its not like they had to go far to get a coffee. Such a simple request for a top-dollar hotel and honestly, not the kind of service that you wish for.

Location was ideal and food options all around. Tram station 2 minute walk away.

One of the best welcoming I experienced upon checkin was from Onur at the front desk, very professional . All staff were friendly .Rooms were spacious , comfortable and clean , the view on Bosphorus was beautiful . Many restaurants and cafes around the hotel .

All the stuff was very helpful and kind,particularly Mr Birol.Thank you for your kindness and warm hospitality.Hopefully we'lll be back soon!

Beautiful accommodations, excellent service, stunning views from the restaurants, all in a great location near retail shops, dining, and the port.

I have been to Istanbul many times and can honestly say that this was my best hotel experience. The staff, the location, the facility and the tiny attention to details and genuine hospitality were so delightful, I was really surprised. At every corner, every engagement, interaction, and even the silent ones like the turndown in the rooms, were polite, respectful, resourceful, kind and helpful without being intrusive. I love how the hotel has two entries - one for the busy grand entry where you arrive by car, and then other exit/entry to the charming cobblestone street with shops and restaurants. This was not a problem for me but believe it is worth noting in case others may have an issue with it. I deliberately asked for a quiet room, and this was great for me. However, the rooms directly facing inside the courtyard of the hotel may be a little disorienting as you cannot quite process if it's daytime, or nighttime, raining, etc. Again, I personally found the ambient of such an arrangement delightful, but it could be disorienting to others if they weren't prepared.

The breakfast was delicious! Very comfortable spacious room. Good bed. great room service. The restaurant food and service were exceptional!!! The view on the rooftop was exceptional! The floor in my room was not clean. I could see stains from previous guests
