Unfortunately it is not an actual hotel, they are private apartments rented out. No front desk, the wifi was not working the entire time, no towels or toilet paper when first checked in, no bathroom rugs, only one outlet close to the bed, and the floors were dirty.

Nothing I booked the hotel because it close to the hotel i booked, but when i got there they told me that my booking is in the other hotel which is mates port hotel, No elevator and they gave me room in the third floor, The room is too small to move around and no air conditioning available, The restroom is so small we felt like we could take breath every time we used it.

Very noise, I couldn't sleep, there is no blanket I'm was freezing, no shade the sun will burn your ayes soon as come up, windows are extremely old and very thin like nothing the street are live late nite honking and yelling all night. I'm was there 2 nights. I couldn't sleep. The bed was very old, stinky, and extremely uncomfortable. Never ever super expensive, not worth that price!!!!

The property is nice and the location is close from everything. Erool is an awesome man who helps a lot with everything you ask for.

While the property is on a side street, it's just off a busy auto thoroughfare. It's very noisy, especially on Saturday night. Though it's advertised as having air conditioning, it doesn't. Therefore, even when it's warm on the upper floors, you're reluctant to open the windows because of the road noise. When they say high floor, they mean a trek up some very steep stairs.

The location is fantastic, very close to galata's tower and bridge. Well communicated by metro and ferry. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I specially liked the ceilings. A nice place to stay in Istanbul

we had a large room with lots of space and the location in the city is cool and convenient. the hosts were very friendly and helpful. as others mention it’s a noisy street at night for sure. the room does have a hot plate but no actual pots/pans for cooking.

The only thing is close to tramway, nothing else First of all no lift, we had a room in 4th floor, Is not a suite as mentioned , it is a room with toilet and small kitchenette with no kitchenware, only 2 knife and stove and 1 plate, the bed are not confortable, the bathroom 1/5 (pictures attached), old building with stairs not safe and very tiny, the street which this hotel is not safe at night add to that all shops closes at 9PM because people get drunk at night in bar and pubs around, even on saturday 25/02/2023 many drunk people fighted and we heard 2 gun shots at 3AM, police took 30min to come....not worth staying at all

The owner and staff were very helpful and kind. The location is amazing next to the best attractions
