Very nice hotel! The staff were very friendly and customer-oriented, helped to schedule a taxi and were eager to help all the time! The room is clean, cozy and rather big. Great location, many shops and cafes around.

I had a comfortable, quiet stay and felt very safe here. The location is excellent and made getting around easy. Breakfast was very good, and overall the staff were accommodating and genuinely tried to be helpful. A few details didn’t fully match expectations for the price/4-star rating. My room felt quite dark (the darker finishes made it harder to do things like apply makeup), and the “city view” was essentially wall-facing with no real view. On my first night I also asked for a simple, quick dinner recommendation and the suggestion wasn’t really aligned with what I was looking for. That said, the hotel was well situated, I slept well, and most of my interactions with the team were positive. With a bit brighter lighting and clearer expectations around room views, it would be even better.

Clean hotel, with friendly staff! Great location - central to easily accessing many tourist attractions and local restaurants! Glad I didn’t pay extra for breakfast! Going to local cafes was much nicer!

Very clean, large shower. Walkability was good. A good place for one night. Although the property was clean the amenities of the room lacked.The temperature and the fan could not be adjusted, so we found the room stuffy, even with windows open. The lighting on the room was dim, I felt that I had to apply makeup by memory as there were two mirrors but each was a couple of feet from the nearest light. We stayed for 4 nights, so it would have been nice to have a dresser or shelves to unpack my suitcase. But, no storage. Pass on the breakfast. It is served in the windowless basement and although an assortment of items offered, walk a block or two to enjoy the array of fine foods offered with a traditional Turkish breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful and housekeeping attentive. However, I would not stay here again for more than a night.

Nice property on a great location in Karakoy, close to the tram station. It has elevator and staff was really nice. Rooms on the first floor and facing the main street are very noisy even with windows closed. Soundproof is not the best. I’m not sure but hopefully rooms in the upper floors are a bit better when it comes to that’s. Rooms and toilet are clean even though some parts of it feel a bit outdated despite this hotel being relatively renovated I guess. Breakfast is good, plenty of options.

Inexpensive hotel located within walking distance to the Galataport area and a nice street with great food options. They were able to arrange well-priced transportation for me and advised me on when to leave for the airport. The receptionist at my checkout took my concerns (below) seriously and made an effort to rectify what he could. They were able to issue me an invoice for part of the stay as my company would pay for part of my trip. Staff at the desk were a mixed bag - the guy who checked me in wanted to collect money for the hotel-arranged cab (which arrived late at the airport), but needed me to insist before he issued a receipt for it. I happened to visit the room he described as the best room in the hotel and it did not impress; it also had street noise. My keycard got turned off after the first night. The hotel does not get the overall vibe right: not a proper business hotel, but not right for a vacation either.

Bakhtiyar, made a wonderful first impression. He greeted us with a genuine smile, was very attentive, and quickly assisted with everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. Thanks to him, we felt welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning. Excellent service!

have no idea 1.the room we stayed in is the 2 connected room, the one with the window is too loud, you can not sleep like you are lying on the road while the car driving through 2. We told the staff, their response made me feel they don’t this situation but there is a lot of negative reviews complaining about this. 3. Terrible service, they forgot twice that we asked for refilling the bottle water and switching room to a not noisy room, that‘s the baseline but it’s terrible
