Triada Hotel Karakoy

We stayed in the main building and everything was great. The location, staff, cleanliness. The breakfast was great as well. I definitely recommend N/A

Everything was good

The hotel’s position is great. If you want to stay in a cool neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurant, Karaköy is perfect for you. You can walk easily to Sultanahmet where all the main historical attractions are and, also, you can take a ferry to reach the Asian side. Breakfast is good especially if you like it savoury but I must say there are no options for sweet treats. Rooms are essential, the bed is comfortable and cleanliness is generally fine. The attic area for breakfast is cute but pretty small so it can be busy and sometimes you have to wait to get a table. Bed sheets had some stains so if you are picky about it it can be a problem.

Great location, nice place Cooling / heating issue

Very well located for public transit The floor on my room would sometimes be wet and muddy, the ac didn’t work properly during the first two nights and it was too warm inside the room. I opened the window but unfortunately the prayer call in the mosque in front was at 5 a.m. which is very uncomfortable.

Location is nice, stuff is friendly and ready too help Very noisy, you hear everything that’s happening on the street. Also curtains are unable to create darkness - so sleeping in this hotel is not as comfortable as it could be. Cleannes might be better - I got towel with yellow spots on it, yuck. Also you can not get to the hotel on the car - meaning that you have to carry luggage for a while

Location is super and staff was very friendly and helpful

The location is convenient as the tram and ferry are just a walk away. The best thing that make this area better than other is it is not on a hill. So you don't have to walk up and down every time. Shops and convenient stores are a few minutes walk. The room 205 in the anex building I was staying in. The noise from the streets was too loud.

Great for the price and location!

Breakfast was good. Relatively quiet for a busy, night life neighborhood. The anex building is quite a far from the main building. The main building was not accessible by the taxi. We had to drag our luggage about 50-60 meters to check in. Entrance has several steps so we had to lift the luggage to enter the lobby only to find that we need to go to the anex building, which was nothing like a normal hotel but an abandoned building. More dragging about 200 meters.

The location - right at the middle of karakoy nightlife. Value for money (we stayed in the main building) It was overall clean, water pressure is great - but tge carpet needs deep cleaning. The free breakfast can be improved

Location!!! Unbeatable

We arrived late at night and found that it’s a different room than we booked, they gave a smaller room than our booking. Room was not clean at all! We found the toilet bin full from old guest. The bed sheets had hair on it also! We complained about it and they gave us new bed sheets and let us made it ourselves, and even the new sheets that came also had hair on it! They had a major hygiene issue and they were totally ok with it! Also, Toilet flush was leaking water all over the ground! And when we opened the AC, the room completely smelled smoke which was unbearable. When talked to the reception, they told us they can’t fix the issue and gave us a fragrance spray and that’s was an absolute joke. We had only one night because we arrived late but when we woke up we immediately made a checkout and asked for a refund for the rest of nights and they told us that they we should get the refund from Booking.com. We have been contacting Booking for over 5 days with no update or solution from their side! That is totally unacceptable from booking and the property. We need an immediate refund!

Great breakfast. Great location. 24 hr front desk. They brought our bags to the annex and up to our room when we checked in very late. Rooms were nice. Bathroom modern. Able to walk with our bags to the port for our cruise. Reasonable price! Nothing.

Cleaned, great location Services, they gave me code for door opening every day they change it and they didn’t inform me. The problem is the reception is at another building so I have to woke to them. What is really upset me

To close to Galta port stuff very good Heliya And Ismail and other stuff . Noise at night
