a bit outdated room, but comfy bed and all necessary amenities

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Spa facilities were also good. Very good location, 5 min walk from Tram station. Nearby you will find restaurants, supermarkets and juiice shops. Breakfast was good but repetitive, and for initial 2 days there was no buffet breakfast possibly due to low occupancy. Cleanliness of rooms could be improved however once we raised this they did sort it out..

Location, Staff is good. Reception team well communicated in English. Special thanks to the Egyptian lady (forget her name) in the reception. She is very supportive and helped us to change our room the next day and arranged the transportation to Airport. Her attitude was great. Room comfort below expectation. One of the elevators did not work probably. Breakfast was simple and basis considering the hotel level.. Booking.com showed the hotel as 4 stars but I can not rate it more than 3

Good location for getting around the city,

The access road in front of the hotel is small and slightly uphill, but so far it's still okay.

location is good. But the hotel is awful , Very poor quality, dirty, smells like sewage, sink is clogged, poor internet connection. Unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve its high rating I usually enjoy writing positive reviews — and I was actually influenced to book this hotel because of its excellent rating on Booking.com. However, I must honestly say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, everything felt run-down, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The shower wall literally fell off, the sink was clogged and even though we asked five times for it to be fixed, the staff only poured hot water into it without actually cleaning or repairing anything. The walls were covered in stains, and overall, the room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. Breakfast was also very poor. It starts late — you can’t really eat before 9:00–9:30 a.m., which is very inconvenient. The food quality was disappointing: tasteless omelets, strange sausages, very limited choice, and even the salad leaves were dirty and unwashed. I have to be honest — this hotel simply does not deserve the high reviews it has online. The only good thing about it is its location. Also, I slept on a fold-out sofa bed, which was incredibly hard and uncomfortable — like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. If you’re considering booking this hotel because of its good rating, I sincerely recommend choosing another one instead.

The place is really nice and comfortable! Staff are amazing especially Mena, Vildan and Hasan!! They are so nice and helpful with everything!

We stayed for almost 5++ days in this property and liked the property very much . It was very much central in location and close to Metro. Lot of restaurants near by and walking distances to almost all central places. We liked the place very well and the rooms were extra large , which is not very common in Istanbul. We would absolutely love to stay here again. The also serve Tea (Istanbul tea) free for everyone who stays there and have also got lot of good cakes (i.e cheese cakes) for a cost. Absolutely lovely hotel and close to Galata tower as well. Up-hill/Down-hill to walk in case you want to see and explore places by walking only. I would suggest you always take metro or cab through Uber or other apps

Location central near the tram andbus stations Very freindly reception (Mena and Mohamed) and resturant team They were providing water whenever you need there was a near by supermarket(souk) Near Galata port and Tower Istiklal streat was near but very steep uphill (easier to get back) the wifi was ok sometimes interrupted The breakfast was very limited options but anyway it was functioning

I had stayed there before The location is great And the value is great I booked early and it was about $80 a night Which is an excellent price for the room and location They didn’t do housekeeping every night unless you asked

Very comfy bed, big apartment, reception employees very helpul Not as clean as I would expect to find a 4 stars hotel. The room was very dusty (on furniture, ac filters), the carpet was dirty and there was a nasty smell from bathroom. The breakfast was identical in every morning and very poor. The staff from dinning area should learn English.

The staff is very accommodating and always goes above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable. Nothing much!

The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. Everything were great except one the breakfast was limited in a little bit. I recommend Roys Hotel and suites for families and couples.
