No black out curtains, it was super bright in our room from 6 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, rooms on top floors are definitely not for you!
-
The street was very weird and steep heels .

The rooms are in good condition. The location is excellent. The breakfast area needs little bit of air circulation

Simple, but very comfortable The electricity was out for a few hours for 2 days, but this was the problem in the area, not in the hotel!

The hotel met our expectations. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, and the staff were very helpful. During our last night, there was a street-level power outage. Although this was outside the hotel’s control, the staff kindly offered us another room in their building across the street. The power outage, although outside the hotel’s control, caused some unexpected inconvenience during our stay.

Nothing really, it was a nightmare staying here I've never written a bad review of a hotel but this one really deserves it.. to start, problems with the basics, AC never worked, it's summertime come on, and there was a huge ball of hair in one of the chairs, disgusting.. that was inly the beggining,. The night I arrived started a blackout.. nobody answered in reception, or anywhere.. and when talking to them personally they just acted like nothing was going on.. no power at all in the hotwl, but the real problem was that the staff were just avoiding everything related and doing nothing about it.. they didn't know if the power was gonna be back some time and they didn't want to make refunds, just told people to leave if they have issues with the situation.. what kind of nightmare was that, and with people with no criteria at all

Great location close to Galata Tower, Galataport, and a short walk to Taksim square Very noisy if you are on the first floor

Very clean and updated facility and room. Our bed was comfortable and in great shape and the room was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff were helpful and courteous on all occasions.

The location is very close to all important landmarks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As it is a recent renovated hotel, the windows could have been a little bit more soundproof.

The hotel has great location close to the cruise terminal (5min walk) and to many restaurants and cafes. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was fine. The bed linen was very bad quality … or maybe just very old and used.

The room was really bigger than we expected. We had a really comfortab;e stay. The breakfast for its price was wonderful. The best value for money option by far.The location was the best i order to visit all the attractions. I wont give it a 10 because the room was near the breakfast area and the noise oftently woke us up.Also the bathroom door needed a bit more effort to be closed and the pressure of the shower could have been better. All thhese are just minor inconviniences and we had no roblem compromising with them considering the price.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the location. It’s in a central area with plenty of food, shopping, and local spots right outside the door. It’s not overly touristy, so you’re more around locals, which I liked. My stay was awful. I woke up to bed bugs, and even after showing proof, the hotel refused to refund the unused days of my stay. I wasn’t even asking for a refund for the days I stayed with the bed bugs I only wanted the remaining nights back so I could leave and go to another hotel or leave the city altogether. Both the hotel and Booking refused to help. The experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, and overall the hotel was not worth the trouble. Beware — do not stay here.
