Great location close to Galata Tower, Galataport, and a short walk to Taksim square Very noisy if you are on the first floor

Very clean and updated facility and room. Our bed was comfortable and in great shape and the room was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff were helpful and courteous on all occasions.

The location is very close to all important landmarks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As it is a recent renovated hotel, the windows could have been a little bit more soundproof.

The hotel has great location close to the cruise terminal (5min walk) and to many restaurants and cafes. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was fine. The bed linen was very bad quality … or maybe just very old and used.

The room was really bigger than we expected.We had a really comfortab;e stay.The breakfast for its price was wonderful.The best value for money option by far.The location was the best i order to visit all the attractions. I wont give it a 10 because the room was near the breakfast area and the noise oftently woke us up.Also the bathroom door needed a bit more effort to be closed and the pressure of the shower could have been better.All thhese are just minor inconviniences and we had no roblem compromising with them considering the price.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the location. It’s in a central area with plenty of food, shopping, and local spots right outside the door. It’s not overly touristy, so you’re more around locals, which I liked. My stay was awful. I woke up to bed bugs, and even after showing proof, the hotel refused to refund the unused days of my stay. I wasn’t even asking for a refund for the days I stayed with the bed bugs — I only wanted the remaining nights back so I could leave and go to another hotel or leave the city altogether. Both the hotel and Booking refused to help. The experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, and overall the hotel was not worth the trouble. Beware — do not stay here.

For us if we return again to Istanbul, we stay there surely.

We had a wonderful stay with our family, including our two young kids (ages 0 and 3). The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of beds for everyone. The breakfast was fantastic - a great start to our day! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Istanbul. We stayed for two days in between international flights and decided to make the most of our time by enjoying the vibrant city rather than staying near the airport. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Istanbul!

Check in and check out was simple. Big room. Enough towels and beds. Clean rooms. No soap. Didn’t have change/ currency for taxi. Noisy in corridor:

Very helpful staff, moved us to two rooms at no extra charge since our family room did not have working sockets. Beds were comfortable, bathroom facilities in perfect condition. Breakfast had variety and had fruits. Quite close to Galata Tower, and near lots of places to eat. Everything was great.

The location is amazing, 3 mins walk across the park from the tramline and bus stops, and 10 minutes walk from the attractions, the staff is exquisite specially the girl on the reception, they’re very helpful and accommodating Nothing

Great room! Very nice and spacious. Nice location too. The tv is smart so we could watch youtube videos. The first night the sink was clogged but it was fixed the following morning. The cover of the shower drainage was out of place.
