The breakfast area was not hygienically appealing, there were a lot of flies, and most of the food was not covered.

Nice location just off Taksim Square and close to metro. Good breakfast, helpful staff. A great spot. My only complaint is a drip, drip, drip of water outside my room and probably not the fault of the hotel.

The price was really reasonable for a great location and the best staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were all really lovely with our 2 year old in particular. There were a few elements in the room that were a bit dated. Nothing that was off putting, just things that could use some love. It’s also up a big hill, not a huge deal for most but a bit tricky to walk with a pram and probably the elderly.

This place is perfectly situated right in the heart of Taksim Square - super convenient to get around, but tucked away on a peaceful street that's a nice break from the hustle. The staff were super welcoming and professional - made me feel right at home ?. The room was a good size, facilities were great, and the breakfast was awesome! I'd totally recommend this place to anyone heading to the area. There's a bit of a climb to get to Taksim Square - about a 2-minute walk up a steep street, which can be a bit tough if you're lugging bags, especially if you're not exactly mobile or with elderly folks.

It’s a quaint space near Taksim Square, so location is very good. What shined brightest for me was the staff. They seemed to be authentically friendly and eager to attend to your needs - everyone during every shift of my stay. The room was very spacious (I got upgraded to a suite!). 100% would recommend to others. There’s nothing not to like. Maybe can improve the speed of the wifi connection.

Everything, amazing hospitality from all staff members , very clean, very accommodating, free delicious coffee all day long. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I am ever in Istanbul again!

Free drink anytime, hot tea, coffee, orange juice. Cute cats everywhere, hard not to love them! Breakfast is delicious. Good size of room for family of three. Warm room during winter. Wifi at 4th floor is unstable. But we have or own wifi, so its not big problem.

All hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were made to feel genuinely welcome.

The hotel is simply fantastic in all aspects. Staff is so nice that we felt like home. Room and all the hotel was immaculate clean with attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and location was a bonus. Just 5/8 min walk to taksim and istiklal street. Easy access to metro, funicular and buses. Mini market and veg/fruit store just in front of the hotel. Most important is that street is quite :) The only drawback is the very short steep road to go up to the square but it did not effect our stay at all. ISTANBUL is beautiful and we will definitely visit again in the same hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent location, breakfast, and staff! Everyone was super-friendly and helpful. Nice room designs. The windows had some sealing issues for sounds and heat insulation weren't the best. The bathtub was a bit clogged. Some small kitchen drawers were falling out. All minor.
