Nothing Awful Experience – Don’t Trust This Hotel I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Their customer service was extremely poor. After a 24-hour flight, I arrived and found out that the connected family room I had booked didn’t even exist. Instead, they showed me a completely different room in the basement that was smelly and humid. This hotel doesn’t have any connected family rooms at all, so I don’t understand how it has such a high rating. I saw many other guests arguing with the staff and complaining about similar issues. When I asked for a refund, they refused, and I had to move to another hotel, which cost me much more. Do not trust this hotel – it’s nothing like what they advertise.

Only its location 1. The rooms were much smaller than expected 2. Lobby has really bad smell got my wife to vomit twice ( smell of rotten eggs) 3. You can hear everything from the rooms (neighbor having a shower as if it was in your bathroom)+(the normal neighbor talking voice)+(had insects inside the room) 4. The bathroom has a really really bas smell (sewage smell) 5. Bad inroom lighting system 6. Bad staff 7. The room is so far from the lobby i literally had to walk about 10 mins to get to the room and its all without any lifts The view was some garbage containers

Location and view at breakfast was good Listing said they have a gym. There is no gym. Room had broken bits with some being held together with tape. Only one semi-working elevator. Incredible loud noise from a club at night.

They have three different hotels. When you book a room through Booking.com and arrive, they will show you a poorly maintained room and claim that this is what you booked. If you want to upgrade to a better room, they will charge you an additional 50 euros per night. I had booked a four-star hotel with a double deluxe room, but the room they presented was very different. They demanded 50 euros per night to change to a better room; otherwise, I would have to stay in that undesirable room, which had the LED light behind the door and was not visible, as well as being located opposite the bed. My experience with the receptionists was disappointing; I felt they were not trustworthy. They are Scammer.

Place The worst hotel I have ever been. Room looked like a soviet flat. Room card didnt work at all, so every time you wanna come in you have to go to reception, they try to fix it, say that it works now, you go back and this p… still doesn’t work

Location. And thankfully we were able to upgrade the room to Grand Star Hotel (same group hotel in the same building but nicer room and view) by paying EUR50. Style star hotel isn't like a 4 star hotel. It's more like 2 or 3 star hotel, very run down (old furniture, old carpet with stains, there's even a hole on the wall, AC not cold). The room for Style Star was in the basement. The entry door to hotel was at the back alley, and you actually have to go to the receptionist of Grand Star Hotel to check in. Thankfully when we arrived, the staffs were very kind and they let us see the room first. That was when we asked for an upgrade to the Grand Star Hotel room, which is located at the main building at the front (not in the back building at basement). We paid EUR50 for the upgrade and they gave us quite nice room with view to the Bosphorus. Breakfast was not nice, there weren't much option for a 4 star hotel and the taste is very standard. During our 3 nights stay, I eat there only once, and my husband twice. It's better to just have breakfast outside the hotel. Only location is nice because it's very close to Taksim Square and many shops and restaurants.
