Nothing at all except the location was true. The staff are liars, the room not clean, we take 3 rooms at the same floor all room nit cleaned tell we leave. It has restaurant at the ground floor with a open kitchen that have bad smell every time morning and evening

Not clean and clear misrepresentation of stars. I made this reservation in the request for a friend they chose the hotel and I made the. They reservation for them. They expressed disappointment overall.

Clean room, firm bed, nice view, a great supermarket next door. Not expensive. Extremely noisy location wirh a nightclub playing very loud music until 2.30am. Lots of police sirens and men screaming on the street below until dawn. Breakfast buffet in a nearby hotel was underwhelming. No wifi password given at check-in. No numbers to call front desk etc from the room phone. 2 remotes for the TV with no manual so no TV. Waterkettle without an outlet for the plug.. had to move it to the nightstand beside the bed. And no cup to drink coffee or tea. Just a small glass. Huge showerhead and no handheld shower was awkward. Tiniest closet of any hotel I ever stayed in. Uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. But the worst by far was the ruckus outside! Good location for nightlife but an awful location for a good nights rest

The beds were extremely dirty, the internet speed was very slow and kept disconnecting, the door to the room was stuck and couldn't be opened easily, a lot of water was leaking into the room from the split air conditioner, the TV remote didn't work,...

The stay was really nice and comfortable. Staff were amazing and very helpful Burhan, Hamza, and Jehan. Very nice people and they offered so much help. The location was close to everything and taksim was about 2 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when we come to Istanbul.
