Perfect location very near Taksim Square. Very clean and tidy. Excellent staff who were all very, very friendly and very, very helpful. Lovely restaurant with a great rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Istanbul. Will definitely be going back! More fresh fruit choice at breakfast would've been nice

The location was good but very noisy. The check-in process the guys in the morning were very rude and they don’t know what customer service is. Very very bad check-in experience.

Completely unprofessional staff. Although the property claims to offer sauna access, the sauna was not working during my stay. I asked for compensation for the missing service, such as breakfast, but the request was refused with no alternative solution. A disappointing experience and a lack of respect for guests.

Disapointing Nothing specific The staff is unpolite, many info are not provided, english very poor, not customer oriented, they pretend to provide spa facilities with free access to sauna but it is not functional, you have to go to another accomodation, another AKKA Hotel, for spa facilities. For those who appreciate wellness it's not suitable. Completely unprofessional staff. Although the property claims to offer sauna access, the sauna was not working during my stay. We stayed in several different rooms due to our travel schedule. The superior rooms are well decorated, but the rooms in Block A are bigger and more comfortable. The room in Block B was tiny and noisy. The hotel is located in a convenient spot - a bustling and interesting part of the city. The breakfast is good and the restaurant staff were especially friendly and attentive. The aircon is standardised across all rooms and cannot be changed. Our room was very hot and stuffy.

The location was great, It was very clean and smell was nice, the staff were very helpful and professional, beds were very soft and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, rooftop terrace was the best place to seat down and enjoy the view, we didn’t have time to try Turkish bath but I’m sure it would be an interesting experience standard double rooms are same as no view rooms and a bit dark and the view is a grey wall, they should clearly mention that not all rooms have a good light, They upgraded ours but before booking please ask them about the windows! Taqsim square is a busy location be prepared for some noise when the windows are open! Even the showers was so clean I could see some dark colour on the joints of the doors and floor which I wouldn’t expect from four star hotel, they should consider to repair them even they are not dirt they were just discoloured

Very clean – Rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. Outstanding staff service – Kadir and his breakfast team were amazing – attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Perla and Sedat went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Thank you! Breakfast was decent – A good variety, though not exceptional. (Note: Omelets and Turkish coffee require an extra charge.) Great accommodation for special needs – The staff allowed us to have breakfast in the lobby due to my mom’s knee problem, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Limited elevator access – You must climb 10 steps to reach the first floor, even though there's an elevator. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 5th. This can be difficult for guests with mobility issues. Uncomfortable mattress – The bed was too soft and lacked proper support. Lifeless lobby – No staff presence unless you seek them out. It doesn’t feel welcoming or active.

It’s an excellent location. The hotel itself is clean. Staff is friendly. I could find the right rooms for my family. The service met high standards. It pretty much crossed all the check boxes that you would want in a comfortable stay.
