What really stood out was the staff. Friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made the whole stay feel warm and welcoming. Great value and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Honestly, nothing. I left within 30 minutes of checking in because the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The property gave me depression. In the pictures, the rooms look normal and reasonably sized, but in reality they are extremely small and feel very cramped. It was quite shocking when I saw it in person. The mattress was also very uncomfortable — not soft at all — which made it impossible to feel relaxed even for a short stay. On top of that, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very depressing, uncomfortable and unsafe. It did not feel welcoming at all. I had booked and paid for 5 nights (around $400), but I couldn’t stay even 30 minutes and had to leave immediately. I ended up booking another hotel the same day just to have peace of mind. Losing that money was frustrating, but staying there would have been worse. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious, as the reality of this place does not match what is shown online.

PASSENGER LIFT IS TOO SMALL . UNDERSTANDABLE AS BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS. WHILE ENTERING HOTEL HAVE TO TAKE STAIRS FOR RECEPTION ,SO CARRYING LUGGAGE A SMALL ISSUE ALTHOUGH THEY HELPED US CARRYING OUR LUGGAGE WHILE CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT. NO COMPLAINS . WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY.

Just a bare room. Clean. TV on the wall was not connected to cable. No breakfast. No nice view from window. Stuff is polite.

Unfornunately, we had room that has very little daylight as the windows were turned to the other building.

There was no breakfast available, however, there are various bakeries immediately facing the hotel with delicious pastries. We were offered coffee in the lobby and the coffee was delicious. The staff is terrific, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. The manager Birol is superb…..perfect English, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful….a real gentleman…. I was disappointed that the terrace on the roof was closed.
