Good value for the money. Good location, since it is easy to walk to the bus station to get to the airport. Fun location, we were traveling with teenagers and the old town would be boring for us.

The man at the reception if i remember correctly Göksel was very helpful and very kind. He gave me a few recommendations that were spot on, still haven't tried the mantı but sure will in the next visit ? They also helped me with getting a taxi without getting scammed Much appreciated for the amazing hospitality and service you provided Everything was perfect

very near taksim square, metro, atm and the famous istiklal street nothing. u can stay up late outside and its very safe. receptions are very helpful as well

What really stood out was the staff. Friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made the whole stay feel warm and welcoming. Great value and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Honestly, nothing. I left within 30 minutes of checking in because the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The property gave me depression. In the pictures, the rooms look normal and reasonably sized, but in reality they are extremely small and feel very cramped. It was quite shocking when I saw it in person. The mattress was also very uncomfortable — not soft at all — which made it impossible to feel relaxed even for a short stay. On top of that, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very depressing, uncomfortable and unsafe. It did not feel welcoming at all. I had booked and paid for 5 nights (around $400), but I couldn’t stay even 30 minutes and had to leave immediately. I ended up booking another hotel the same day just to have peace of mind. Losing that money was frustrating, but staying there would have been worse. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious, as the reality of this place does not match what is shown online.

PASSENGER LIFT IS TOO SMALL . UNDERSTANDABLE AS BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS. WHILE ENTERING HOTEL HAVE TO TAKE STAIRS FOR RECEPTION ,SO CARRYING LUGGAGE A SMALL ISSUE ALTHOUGH THEY HELPED US CARRYING OUR LUGGAGE WHILE CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT. NO COMPLAINS . WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY.

Just a bare room. Clean. TV on the wall was not connected to cable. No breakfast. No nice view from window. Stuff is polite.
