The location was amazing and it felt like a great place to unwind. The aircon in the middle room did not work and the fan in the bathroom sounded like an engine.

Excellent location close to taksim square, metro station and istiklal street. Spacious flat with marvelous view for the bosphorus and beautiful city at night. The staff are very helpful in general, particularly Mr. Servet. They were quite responsive to some maintainance-related inconveniences. Beds were very wide and quite comfortable. The elevator does not reach at the lobby level so we had to take the stairs to the first level. No microwave or ironing table or machine. The safe box was out of order so we weren't able to use it to keep our valuables. The owner abd staff have to give more attention to cleaning and mainrainance.

The location was as expected and close to restaurants and key touristic areas. The property manager tried to scam us with a lower class type of apartment, and refused to solve the problem. They did not acknowledge the mistake and only after heavy complaining they offered a partial solution. The property had wifi issues, the showers were partially broken, and the bathroom had a leak. As a heavy user of Booking's services, I recommend this property to be delisted as scam should not be tolerated.

The best part was the huge, glass enclosed with sliding glass panels terrace, overlooking Bosphorus and sea. The room was done in an opulent, high level bling, which was very tacky but for a stay of a few days suited the mood of being in exotic Istanbul. Huge room with a couch and a huge bed. Nice and helpful reception guys. Great position in town close to everything. View, views and more views! Quite run down and in bad need of maintenance. Cabinet door falling off, toilet seat patched with tape, jacuzzi so badly patched up, we didn’t dare to use it.
