everything was so beautiful, the staff was so lovely & the hotel is so cute! from desk management is wonderful. Abdulrahman was a great in helping us get checked in/checked out & handling all our needs during our stay. absolutely nothing.

Good location in Istanbul and near the metro, bus station, shopping street, restaurants etc. The apartment is nice with 2 bedrooms. Good for the group travelers, family and friends. The staffs are helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Abdulrahman is so nice guiding us to the hotel garden with drinks. Do recommend it. A few mosquitoes in the room bit me and my family, although it is not summer yet.

I am very pleased that I chose to stay at Walton Gardens Pera. It is one of the best hotels in Istanbul, and I highly recommend it. The hotel’s location is ideal, as it is just a short walk from Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, perfect for tourists. It took me only three minutes to reach Istiklal Street. The hotel staff, including the reception and housekeeping teams, are wonderful. I want to extend a special thanks to the reception team, especially Abdulrahman and Mehmet. They were both very professional, kind, and helpful, making my stay during my medical treatment much more comfortable. After four days, Abdulrahman & Mehmet moved me into a larger room, which further enhanced my comfort. When I decide to come back to Istanbul, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend. Thank you very much guys. e. After 4-days of my stay, Abdulrahman moved me into a bigger room which makes my stay more comfortable. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It is one of the best.

I loved it, it was very comforting, the the stuff were very welcoming and super nice, and Abdulrahman was a such a gentleman. Oh and the food was like home food very nice and SUPER CLEAN PLACE TOO.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay that's in the heart of all places to visit.

super friendly and supportive staff. the location is good and easy to access to everything. this is NOT to this particular hotel or this location, but in general in istanbul, the noise is level is extremely high - due to the facts that heavy street traffic in the main streets, and the behavior, such as enjoying Honking as a communication mean, from the drivers. I guess not only in Istanbul, but in most big cities in turkey. well, that must be the trade-off from the hotel and location that have easy access to everything around.

We had an upgrade. We stayed for the night due to an extended layover. The host was extremely helpful. He walked outside with us at 3 AM to take us to our Uber as the driver could not find us. The hospitality was exceptional. The hotel was clean, without any surprises. Everything was as advertised.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a great lively location. The front desk personnel were very good. They assisted with any issues I had and were always extra friendly.

Great location and the nicest staff. Super friendly and welcoming. The „hotel“ dog is the cutest! We got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious Small bathroom issue which was immediately addressed by the friendly staff. Room interior didn’t quite match the photo but we enjoyed our (very short) stay

We had a great stay at Walton Gardens Pera. The hotel is comfortable and well located, and the staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. They even changed our room free of charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience. a bit noisy due to traffic and vehicles outside, especially at night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be uncomfortable.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good variety of breakfast options. They even have an open and closed garden space to enjoy your breakfast or just relax while having your tea/coffee. Hotel is located very close to Istiklal street.

A wonderful stay with lovely staff, I can’t express how kind, and generous they are. The moment we checked in to the last, welcoming and friendly.

The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good though. The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing, especially considering the price and the fact that I stayed in an Executive Penthouse Suite. The fireplace in the room is only decorative and does not function, which was not clearly mentioned in the room description or details. The wall heating radiator was not working and did not heat up at all. Additionally, the shower water temperature was inconsistent and would suddenly turn cold without any manual adjustment. The elevator situation was also inconvenient — there is only one very small elevator, and it takes a long time to serve guests. Lastly, the path and access to the rooftop where my room was located were very poorly structured and lacked proper decoration or finishing. This was surprising and disappointing for an executive penthouse suite, which should be much better designed and maintained. Overall, when comparing the cost of the stay to these issues, the price felt too high for the experience provided.
