Was a little hard to find the property as there are two A11 hotels very close to each other, but the directions on booking are for the hotel that is closed.

People on reception are very friendly. They allow me to make 5 hours early check-in without additional fee.

Clean bathroom When you leave the room the electricity cuts off automatically so does the fridge of the minibar also, by this the drinks are never cold.

There is a beautiful park in front if the hotel. And there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The food was tasty everywhere we were. The door to the bathroom had a problem with the knob.

Not clean (horrible!!!), breakfast more abd less, and people not professionnel ??

Nothing The hotel was awful, to start with it was down an alley behind another building, so very dark and all windows looked into more windows or walls very closely, the hotel smelt awful on entering, the rooms where terrible, dirty, smelt of heavy smoking, bed was very old and pillows where all broken down , it was so terrible you wouldn’t want to sit on the bed let alone sleep. The shower had so much mould it was just awful.

Great hotel and a great location! I staid here before, but than I staid at the location which pictures are shown. That was definitely a better room than this one. This was certainly not bad, but smaller and it could use a bit of maintenance.

Awful experience. I’ve booked the hotel through booking taking the photoes and address into consideration and when I arrived with my two big luggages I was sent to anothe building (A11 has two buildings at the same Caddebostan) without any help or assistance and have kept 2 hours waiting for a tiny stinky room (not from the pictures). Also they have checked in one English couple right away while I was kept waiting in the lobby for my room. The lady manager was right there and just ignored the case with one “sorry”.

The location in terms of proximity to restaurants and the purpose for visiting was great. Breakfast was also decent. The place is not very handicap friendly and they seemed to be understaffed. We had to switch rooms on day 1 because there was mould on the ceiling above the shower a couple of days into staying in the new room the front door literally decided to give up.

The air conditioner was noisy sometimes, and it seems like sometimes it did not work well. Pillows were hard and big, but the bed was comfortable. The small fridge worked, but wasn't cold enough.

Location was perfect for what I have planned. There are nice restaurants and shops nearby.

I like the location. The hotel was stuck among the apartment blocks. So, there is absolutely nothing to see outside. There is no ramp in the front to push the luggage. You need to carry them on the stairs. They have an old lift with terrifying doors. On the day that the lift was out of order, I walked down the stairs and saw the paint on the walls falling apart downstairs. Apparently the building is not maintained properly. I heard one of the receptions was singing along the song that was on air in breakfast area. He kept going quite loud. I think he belongs to a backpackers resort in a small beach town but not a proper hotel in a big city. On my last day, another receptionist was visibly worried about my payment, when my Australian card was not accepted by their online payment system. He stopped me on my way to the lift and urged me to make the payment. I offered him to make the payment at the check out which would be the next morning but he rejected and said that I needed to make the payment now. Lastly, the breakfast is absolutely insufficient. Turkey is the land of food and drinks. The breakfast range was seriously too small and not like any other Turkish hotel. So, I recommend you to try the other places if you can.

I was moved to the a11 executive since there was an over booking at the hotel. It is in a very central place (on Bağdat road) near stores, coffee places, shops restaurans and markets. The bed and room were very comfortable. the staff was very helpful and they even helped with a late checkout and booking a Taxi. I would highly recommend it.
