Akka Suites Taksim

A lot of pubs under the hotel, and sounds were very loud

We liked how clean the room is, the breakfast was exceptional. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! The location was also very good, very close to Taksim square.

Location was great! Close to Taksim but still no noise at night. Free Sauna and hamman are very nice. Room was spacious and breakfast changed every day. In the deluxe room there's an emergency light that makes the room a bit bright. Hard to use the hamman in the evenings due to private bookings.

My stay at Akka Suites Taxim was excellent in every way. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a mini suite, which was truly wonderful — spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. I would like to start with the staff, who were outstanding. Extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help, both to me and to my sister, who was traveling with me and staying at the same hotel. Their professionalism combined with genuine warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. Another major advantage of this hotel is its location. The property is literally steps away from Istiklal Street, right in the heart of the city. Everything is easily accessible on foot — shops, restaurants, cafés, and all the essentials for exploring Istanbul. This makes it incredibly convenient for any visitor. The breakfast was very good and well worth it — fresh, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Overall, this is a property I would highly recommend without hesitation, whether you are visiting the city for the first time or returning and looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime central location.

Hard to say other than that Breakfast was traditional and good. Unfriendly staff. Refused to keep bags in the storage. Deposit of $100 is delayed I still didn’t get the email of refund. Will check when I return back

Location, clean and effective price Nothing

It was clean We had to carry our suitcases along the street to get to the hotel because cars could not drive down the street. Also some members of our family were in one building and we were in another building about half a block away.

Location is very difficult to get to by car so we were dropped off about two blocks away. It was very difficult to access the hotel walking with suitcases through narrow stone streets. Also there are a lot of stairs and rooms are in different buildings so make sure they give you rooms in the same building, especially if you have kids.

Nothing only they can add a variety in the breakfast on a daily basis

This hotel has a wonderful central location! I loved everything about it! Staff were very friendly and welcoming and they made sure my husband and I had a comfortable stay! The breakfast was yummy and there was quite a variety everyday. Although the area can get loud at night, however, staff were able to place us in a quiet room away from noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for great hospitality!! Nothing

We were on the first floor. The first night, the bar was very noisy, but the other nights it was fine. They also offered to move to the upper floors, but we were lazy.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Absolutely ideal location, everything you need is within walking distance or public transport from Taksim. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds and a varied Turkish breakfast exactly according to my expectations. Room service every day, clean towels, full minibar. Don't be afraid to pay a little extra for a room on the top floor with a balcony and a view.

Nice clean room Breakfast is ok-can be improved The location is nice but the area is not nice. The stuff should not have this attitude, unless they are kind mostly with men. (Of course that goes for specific people and not all the stuff) Very dark rooms. Room cleaning service.
