First and foremost, the interior design of the lobby is quite unique and beautiful. I also really enjoy the breakfast buffet. They offer a wide variety of food like yoghurt, cheese, and other Turkish food. They do not provide daily amenity like toothbrush, toothpaste, nor comb.

Room 107 has too much street noise. Staff helped us switch rooms. Quiet after that.

Breakfast and terrace were lovely Maybe it could be renovated. There were no toothbrushes, hygiene kits in the room. Room was small for two persons, but okey for trip, where you spend all day outside. The main problem is bath, because water from shower also contains on the floor (The shower curtain isn't working)

This was a stopover in Istanbul to catch our flight home the next day but what a wonderful time we had! The hotel lived up to all the positive reviews - clean beautifully appointed rooms with view of the Marmara Sea, well spoken and friendly staff and the most impressive being the breakfast and the location at the terrace overlooking Istanbul..Will definitely consider this hotel again if we are ever in Istanbul The location is not really central and there is nothing much around the hotel if you prefer a livelier area.. there is a tram nearby but they are not frequent so you would still need to really on a taxi/uber to get around

I would especially like to thank Musa, Mert, Ali and Levent for their outstanding support and assistance throughout our stay. Their kindness, warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and helped make our experience even more enjoyable and safe. The restaurant served delicious food in a beautiful and relaxing setting. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with the nearby bazaar, restaurants and historic mosques adding so much character and charm to our stay. We are very grateful for the wonderful experience and would happily visit again! I wish our room contained a wetbar to allow us to heat up meals and or cook meals

Location is excellent. Hotel staff is cooperative up to their ability. Breakfast is good not ideal though. I spent 3 nights there. My first night I was in room 206 and the Air conditioner was creating such a loud noise that I could not sleep through the night. I complained but it was not neither rectified nor I received a different room. My second and 3rd nights were in room 118. The room on little bigger but the extra bed they put in there for my child collapsed. Thank God no one got hurt. When I complained about that the staff reacted like it is nothing and no apologies or nothing. The bed was replaced with a different one. The second morning someone started drilling on the outside and it woke me up, It was around 9:30 am.

Top location if you are into old town exploration with everything nearby from Sultanahmet, seawalk, restaurants, all. Room was very clean and well services daily. All team very helpfull Breakfast can be improved in terms of variety. I believe you can increase the price of the room by few USD but give turkish coffe without charging for it :)

I appreciated that the staff moved our room for a quieter one. And when my husband had a foot injury, they were so kind to lend him a cane and help us with a taxi. Great staff!

breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff was also very accomodating. Hotel has an lovely old world feel with wood wainscot paneling in the spacious lobby that was had art and artifacts.

We were particularly delighted with the staff, their attitudes, helpfulness and many smiles. While there was an initial problem on our transport from the airport (NOT the hotel’s problem, IMO) it was resolved and the hotel upgraded one or rooms to a mini-suite. I’d particularly like to acknowledge bellman TALIP, the desk person MART (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and all the restaurant staff for the good food and outstanding service. When we booked a van to take us all to the airport, all went smoothly. We loved the lobby area for its historical artifacts, comfort and size to just ‘hang out’. Going up too the rooftop patio at the time of the last prayer some evenings — and listening to the call to prayer sung back and forth between several mosques, was magical. Some of us are Muslim; some are not. We all enjoyed! We did a boat cruise (offered by the hotel) on the last afternoon and it was more magic. Just right! I would like to have had the use of a gym in the hotel, something simple, for workouts. The food was ‘too good’ (oh, the pita! oh, the breads!) and given the age of this magnificent old city, it wasn’t easy to ‘power walk’ on the ancient footing.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful & delicious, also enjoyed terrace restaurant for dinner. It is an older hotel filled with antiques, which I found charming & very cosy. The canaries outside restaurant & turtles in fountain were adorable.
