location in the very center of the old city, two minutes from the seashore. The room has a large TV and all the necessary amenities. Timur and Azis helped and prompted, very friendly people.

staff very friendly, good price and great location. there was a blue blinking light on the rooms air-conditioning that I couldn't turn off. It made sleeping very difficult. also I have no idea what was going on upstairs but it sounded like they were moving furniture. extremely noisy, and this was all night, until 5am.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind , answered my questions and guide me. The hotel was a very good location. Very family good stay I recommend I saw only twice the cleaning lady and I stayed for two weeks approximately.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood The room was dirty and grubby, the fridge didn't work the roof terrace only had a few old chairs and some bags of trash

We stayed at Xenia Hotel (next door) as Sultan Mansion was under repair. It was modern, clean and comfortable and close enough to the beach, transport and markets. Recommend Art Cafe for breakfast and meals.

Main reason why I chose this apartment was because of its location and the location was perfect but not the cleanest area. Our stay was okay, the room was a lot smaller than we expected judging from the photos. Couldn’t get the tv working or the hairdryer working but other than that was okay. Not bad for the price.

Only one thing overshadowed our stay. We ordered a taxi through the hotel and the quoted price was 1000 TL. The driver made us pay 50 euros which is about 1742 TL and we informed the hotel about it. The hotel has already apologized and offered to refund.

In the heart of the sultanamate as expected.. access to attractions were key No on site staff for clarity but on call support was great
