Only location What I didn’t like: * We received a different room than the one we booked. * The room was dirty and poorly maintained. * The hairdryer was broken. * No hooks for towels. * Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. * No toiletries in the room. * Problems with the door lock. * Breakfast was terrible and unhygienic. * Dirty dishes and kitchen area. * Poor quality and very limited food selection. * Food was not refilled for guests. * Staff ignored guests during breakfast. * The manager behaved unprofessionally and made inappropriate personal messages.

The view was great. The staff nice and friendly. The water leaks out the shower when you use it, so there’s water on the floor all the time. It doesn’t dry. Also they don’t have a mirror.

None This place is an absolute scam dressed up as a hotel. Honestly, do yourself a favour and stay well away. From the second I walked in, it just felt off. The fella at reception was painfully uncomfortable to deal with. Acting all overly friendly, but in a way that didn’t feel right at all, more creepy than welcoming. At one point he actually kissed my hand and kept going on about getting my phone number. I said no, clearly, and he still kept pushing. That’s not being nice, that’s just inappropriate, especially when you’re a woman travelling alone. Then he tried to sell me his “transport service” at some ridiculous price, only to ring a normal taxi anyway. I checked the apps after and, no surprise, it was way cheaper. So yeah, they’ll try take advantage of you straight away. The room was another level altogether. Filthy. Not just a bit untidy, properly dirty. There was a TV remote with no TV, the shower was broken, parts of the ceiling looked like they were about to fall in, and the windows didn’t even shut properly. You could hear absolutely everything through the walls. No soundproofing at all. And the curtains were useless, didn’t even cover the windows, so you’re wide awake with the light first thing whether you like it or not. I went to the manager more than once about all this. Same story every time, big smile, a load of promises, and absolutely nothing done. No follow-up, no fixing anything. Just talk. Housekeeping is a joke. The bedsheets had stains and hair on them. When I asked for them to be changed, they just remade the bed with the same sheets. That’s not cleaning, that’s taking the piss. Breakfast was rotten. Barely edible. And somehow, after all that, they still ask people to leave good reviews. That alone should tell you what kind of place this is. Worst of all, it didn’t feel safe. Not in the slightest, especially not for women or families. Between the staff behaviour and the overall place, I was uncomfortable the whole time.

Location-fair The owner lie to us about the booked rooms that they have an AC issue(which doesn’t make sense,because this time of the year we don’t need AC). So he moved us to a different place and different rooms which we didn’t expect! We accepted because we didn’t have time to find different hotel, we had booked activities and trips so we couldn’t miss! He tricked us, he lie with the pictures. The breakfast was almost nothing, not enough for no one from the place, the second day we couldn’t even eat anything at 9:30!

Armer hotel is a nice place to be, especially for low budget individuals. They are friendly and respectful. I desire to stay with them again on my next visit to Turkey. Mr Ergun and Mr Ahmed are very interesting individuals. They made me comfortable, being my first time in Turkey.

The heating system is terrible in the room, I was freezing with my wife when I went in January and Istanbul was cold. You have to wait 5 mins and run a lot of water from the sink before the hot water is coming from the shower and sink. I have been 4 days and no one clean our room. The lift in this hotel is weird.

Nothing was like on pics advertised,complete scam,not worth money Broken toilet seat,no duvet provided for 2nd bed,no breakfast served and its included in booking,not enough clean towels provided or toilet paper,had to buy own shampoo and shower gel. Extremly dirty place Complete scam

Bathroom was to small and I was there 3 days but they don’t clean my room once within 3 days it’s very small room it’s not like picture I prefer to say they should put exact picture whatever they have

The hotel is beautiful, everything look new and very well tended. The position is very convenient, just 5 minute walks from blue mosque and city and 10 minutes about underground stations … The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular youssef is the best and also all the receptionist in the hotel and the owners ❤️?, that helped us with the check in and check out processes, she was incredibly nice and made us felt welcome in every possible way. Highly recommended Thank you for everything I will come back again

I absolutely loved this place . It’s my first time in Istanbul. The staff are amazing , friendly , helpful. It’s close to everything. The rooms are spacious with the basics that you’d need . They offered me tea & coffee a few times it was delicious. I’ve never stayed at a 2 star hotel before but I enjoyed it.
