Art Nouveau Galata

Завтракать бесплатно ходили в ресторан в 2 шагах от отеля. Выбор небольшой, но вполне достаточный. Всё, что пробовали, было очень вкусно, порции большие. Отель расположен буквально у полножия галатской башни. Уборку в номере делали каждый день. Не идеально, но всё равно приятно. Комната крошечная, с кухней, но плитка работала очень плохо, на ней невозможно нормально готовить. Микроволновки нет. Есть обычный чайник. Пульт от телевизора не работал. Впрочем, его сразу поменяли, как только мы попросили.

The location of this property was excellent! We were there during a busy time and this was super convenient. The breakfast was at a neighboring restaurant and was wonderful. Muhammad was very helpful and had a to go breakfast ready for us even though we departed early. Something to note, the balcony has stairs that lead down to the parking garage at street level. It’s video monitored but it was something to be aware of. Overall we would stay here again. The cleanliness could have been a little better, found a few hairs and a stain.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly cannot recommend it enough. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. You can literally smell the freshness and cleanliness of the bed linens and the entire room. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort. As a wonderful surprise, they upgraded us to a larger room free of charge, with a stunning view of the Galata Tower. We arrived late at night after a long journey, and instead of asking us to complete the payment immediately, they kindly allowed us to rest and sleep first. This level of trust, understanding, and hospitality meant a lot to us. The team was always helpful, flexible, and accommodating throughout our stay. They also arranged our airport transfer for the return trip at a very reasonable price, making everything stress-free and convenient. I would like to thank the entire team for their exceptional service and Murat especially. Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for such genuine hospitality, professionalism, and care. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would gladly stay here again. Nothing

Great location

The location is right in the center of a fun neighborhood. Across the street from Show, a comprehensive grocery store. A short walk to many options for public transportation. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was great. You can sit and people watch, right under the Galata tower each morning. We had a 3rd floor, deluxe room with tower view and the pictures were accurate. Room was cleaned every day and the sheets were nice, white, and fresh. The staff was very kind and helpful in all ways. The apartment is very safe, with 24/7 staff in lobby and external entry by code. Copious hot water in the shower. They have a generator in case of neighborhood power outages, which kicked on twice for seamless electricity (for a few minutes each time only). It was relatively quiet, considering the proximity to the crowds and nightlife in the area. When you close the balcony door, it is peaceful! We brought our child and our family was very comfortable. The WiFi connection is so slow that they had to reset it many times for us to connect. This is an issue in the neighborhood in general, not just this hotel. I had to do some work, so for one whole day I went to a daily coworking space in the neighborhood with high speed internet in order to answer and write emails. It was convenient, but not what I had planned. If you are traveling for work, this is worth noting, as working online in the apartment in the evenings after a day of sightseeing was not possible. I had hoped that doing basic work from the hotel would be possible because websites and emails took too long to load. The apartment was a little worn (old hairdrier, one light in the bathroom not working, one of two of the "flushing buttons" on the toilet did not work, appliances in kitchen were not new, a couple of ceiling lights were out, dishes were not clean) but if you are expecting a 2 or 3-star experience, you will be very happy! We note these things, as you cannot see these details from the pictures, which are accurate for what they are showing. No lift, for those who may need one. The hotel made sure to check that we were able to stay on the 3rd floor before assigning our room, which we appreciated. :)

The location is spot on. It's very close to Galata Tower, bus stops, metro station and port. You can reach most places on foot or by transportation within a few minutes. It's also close to the Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. The room had a view of Galata Tower, which was amazing at night. They offer breakfast next to the Galata Tower so that you can have it with a great view. The room was cosy and had all the appliances that you would need. It was clean, bright and comfy.

Perfect location! Had a balcony room that has a view of the Galata Tower. Yalçin was such a great host! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful and always available The only downside to this property was the wifi, it didn’t really work at all which was disappointing

- Clean - Friendly Staff - Even tho the street is busy, the room is very silent - 2 different kind of pillows (Room n. 03) - Wi-fi did not work properly - Shower has low water pressure - No space to open the luggage properly on the room - Lack of lights on the bathroom, specally for women

It was centrally located with all facilities included and the staff was really professional and helpful. My trip was mix of work and leisure so needed good internet connectivity but had some minor issues with that but staff was cooperative and tried helping as much as they could.

The staff was amazing. Saw to any need we had. The property doesn’t have an elevator but has 4 floors and they carried all of luggage up for us. - they cleaned daily and provided clean towels. We upgraded to a balcony room , which is good if someone in your group smokes - but the balcony doesn’t have any privacy. It suited is fine though. Room was big enough for 3 with one queen and one single bed. Also had a little kitchenette - location is great right by galata tower but is is on a hill as the whole area is. Breakfast was included at a restaurant near by you can pick 1 selection with anything on the menu and free coffe or tea - not orange juice is expensive and must be paid for - price seem good for location , breakfast and size. May be difficult for those with mobility issues as theres no elevator and its in a hilly area ( as most of istanbul is )

The location is perfect, just a minute from Galata tower! Super convenient to explore the city. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast at the nearby restaurant has a broad choice and good size portions.
