The room was spacious, comfortable, well air-conditioned, and had a beautiful view overlooking both the city and the Bosphorus. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Mustafa and Ali for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was very close to Galata Tower, Taksim, Osmanbey, Şişli, Karaköy Pier, and Eminönü Pier, making it very convenient for sightseeing and transportation. There were a few things that disappointed us. Although the bed was advertised as a queen-size bed, it was actually made up of two separate mattresses joined together, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. In addition, breakfast was not served as an open buffet. The selection was limited and exactly the same every day. Finally, the staircase leading to the rooftop terrace was a narrow spiral staircase, which did not feel safe when going up or down.

Rooms was clean and view was beautiful from the window. Location is great... just 10 mins walk to Galata Tower All good
-
there was one downside: the breakfast selection was very limited, to the point that it became repetitive and uninteresting each morning. It would have been much better if the hotel offered a wider variety of breakfast options, especially considering that the room rates are not inexpensive and are significantly higher than those of many three-star hotels.

Spacious, very clean and a beautiful room! Surprised it's a 3 star hotel! Amenities were great - beautiful rooftop view and the room was very comfortable to stay in. Prime location, around the corner from Galata Tower (5 mins walk) with lots of restaurants.

The hotel was so nice. Perfect location. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and helpful. The panoramic view was lovely ?

It’s a good hotel. The owner and the staff are really good people and very helpful. The view from the rooftop is amazing On a very busy street. You cannot open your windows during the day because of all the noise.

Great boutique hotel with a wonderful view from our room on the 6th floor. Owner greeted us at arrival and gave useful travel tips. Since the hotel is near a busy road intersection, it has good insulation and you can barely hear any noise at night! The room is spacious with big windows and a great view. The terrace has even better views of the mosques, bosporus channel and the city. Breakfast is quite substantial with enough choice for anyone.

The staff were one of the most professional, helpful and friendly people i have ever met in any hotel. The room was big considering hotel sizes in istanbul.the room view is phenomenal.the hotel location is great it’s near M2 metro station you can go any where from it and galata tower and taksim Is around 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast variety is little and it doesn’t change from day to day . there is no stroller or wheelchair entry to the hotel but the staff helped me when getting in or out

Location is perfect. Breakfast is the same every day. If you stay for couple days it would be okay. For our 8 days stay it was quite boring. Little Verity of breakfast would be nice.
-
Next to major traffic intersection. Coffee with breakfast is dreadful. Airport transfer is very poor - what should have been a taxi was an ancient minibus with no suspension and was shared with another party.
-
An amazing location in the center of Istanbul, near Galata tower. Really friendly stuff. Perfect view from the window and from the roof. It was really wet. Every morning window in my room was in drops of water. AC can’t fix that.
-
The room is spacious compared to others in Istanbul. The location is great. A very short walk up the hill to Galata Tower and the shopping street. The views from the terrace is phenomenal. Request a room on an upper floor if you want better views of the Bosphorus and more quiet space. Breakfast is a little underwhelming by the Turkish standards, but it is plenty to eat.

Bathroom size and facilities are exceptional for a boutique hotel. Location is very close to Galata Tower and Istiklal street and metro station. View from the room overlooking the Golden Horn is fantastic, owing to the large glass windows facade. The view from the roof terrace where breakfast is served is breathtaking! Staff were quite welcoming and very helpful. Noting really.

Very kind and helpful staff. Good location near many restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Very easy to get to all of the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Unfortunately, our son and daughter's rooms must have had bed bugs. Our daughter sustained multiple bites and we did find one small bed bug in her bed. Our son ended up with a few bites though we did not see any bugs. My husband and I were not aware of a problem in our room. This is our only complaint, though a significant one.
-
Our room was big with a large window The pillows weren’t very comfortable (lumpy). The breakfast didn’t match the view from the terrace.
-
It is perfectly located. I stayed at 6th floor with a very nice view of sea and city. There was no noise at that level. Staff is very friendly. Owner Mr. Meftun is a very nice polite person. He would advise us about the places and best mode of transport to reach there. Dining options are limited

Its great location. I parked my car in city garage. For 2 days they charged me 25 euros. Galata is nearby, galata bridge nearby. Staff is excellent. They are very helpful. I will come again because of them. View from terrace is worth 1000 dollars. Its small hotel. There are no fancy facilities. Staff makes out for the lack of them. Classical Turkish hotel. Breakfast should have more eggs and meat.

Good location, 20 minute walk from a lot of the important sights and places in Beyoglu. Great price too. Bed and comforter were very stiff, not comfortable. Oddly enough I actually slept very well regardless.
