The manager and the staff were really helpful, sensitive and friendly. The hotel has undergone renovation. There were complimentary of bottles of water in the room. The hotel has security cameras The cost benefit is great. Nothing to comment this time.

The location is a plus point. Just a walking distance from Galata tower and close to all the public transportation points. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Javiden, the Manager of the hotel who upgraded us to a bigger, more comfortable family room having 2 full size double beds and plenty of space. Narrow, spiral staircase which can be a little bothersome for guests having large luggage. But in this case too, the hotel staff will proactively come forward to help haul the luggage up in case the allotted room is on the upper floors.
