Taksim Peradise Hotel

The hotel is very clean, very comfortable and near to the main street Istiklal. Personel are very warm, welcominv and ready to assist at any time.

Everything, all stuff and especially Inji was very nice and responsive!!

We recently stayed at the Peradise Hotel for our 6 day Europe League final Aston Villa vrs SC Freiburg in Istanbul. We were greeted by Waleed who was very welcoming and made us aware of our surroundings. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Taksim square, making it an ideal location. Ingi was always helpful with directions and made us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean, lovely showers too. Special mention to Mohammed who worked on reception after normal hours, he was also always very helpful like Waleed and Inji. When we checked out we got the Metro line to the airport but we had to make 3 changes, the first 2 was not straight forward. We stumbled into Mohammed by chance at the station and he kindly went out of his way and personally accompanied us on the metro for the first 2 difficult changes to make sure we got to the airport safely. I have travelled around the world the various countrys but i must say this genuine friendly service was exceptional. Would i recommend any one to stay at this hotel ? 100% Yes. Our trip was even better becouse we won the Europa Cup final by 3 goals to nil. Up the Villa! Thank you all, hopefully see you on our next visit to beautiful Istanbul. Raf/Steve/Raheem Nothing

Waleed and Mohammed were amazing. Great hospitality. The hotel is new, so there might be a few things they're finishing up, but it's in a great position, and great service

The staff were very helpful especially engie she helped us alot and always tried to provide us with the utmost comfort and the location is really nice too 10 min walk to Taksim

First of all, we really liked the staff, overall our stay was really good. The hotel is near to main Istiklal Street like five minutes. Our stay was too short, but still we really liked. I hope in the future will come back again. The rooms were clean and new. All was good.

This was my first time in Istanbul and I’m really happy that I chose this hotel. Hotel’s location is really amazing, 5 minutes to main Istiklal street. Staff is also very helpful and amazing. Rooms are clean, service is impeccable. Guys at the reception helped us almost in everything. They guided us where to go and what to do. Definitely coming back with my family next time. Everything was great.

The staff were friendly. The furniture and the interior design was too old. It could have been more clean as well. The overal location was good and central, but the building itself was in a narrow old street and our room window was facing towards the wall of another building.

Good location. Very close to the metro station and to galata tower. - NO elevator - the pipes smell so bad - we've been told we have daily cleaning services. Well, for 2 consecutive days, no one came to our room to neither clean it, nor change the towels and empty the trash. After claiming that, the job was done on day 3. - also on day 2, we came back to the hotel to find the fridge in the middle of our room, unplugged, and with water all around it on the floor. We also had yogurt for our baby in the fridge, that we had to throw away. - the walls are super thin, you can hear every single sound that happens on the same floor. On our first night, we had people checking in next door at 3h50 AM, we woke up hearing them opening and closing the door in a very brutal way and they kept on talking super loud in their room for an hour and a half. It was like hearing them talking in our room. - the hotel is renovating some of the rooms, and the manager decided to check on the work progress after midnight, so we also woke up because of the doors and outside conversation! Maybe they have to consider renovating the walls as well.

Cleanliness There is no elevator, so if you have luggage it won't be the nicest thing to be on the last floor. The boiler in my room was old and didn't stop by itself
